Park-Like Suburban Great Location Close-Knit Outdoors

Just minutes from bustling Cincinnati and Newport, Park Hills is a small suburb that offer big amenities. The community is nestled right under the popular Devou Park, a massive natural area with a golf course, lake, amphitheater, museum, sports fields, trails, and wedding venue. Being so close to this park draws hikers, golfers, bicyclists, and all around outdoor enthusiasts. This park-like suburb is filled with homes built between the 1930s and 1950s, featuring a variety of styles from Spanish Colonial to Tudor to Craftsmen along with modern apartments. Residents here are extremely community-oriented and many people volunteer with the fire or public works department or organize annual events. The Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day parade, and Hallow-weenie Roast are just a few of the community events resident look forward to each year.

The biggest attraction to Park Hills is its central location. Park Hill is extremely close to nightlife, shopping, dining, and entertainment in Cincinnati and Newport. Trendy, thriving Newport on the Levee is only 15 minutes from the suburb. Newport on the Levee is a multi-level entertainment, retail, and dining center located on the banks of the Ohio River right across from downtown Cincinnati. If you want the strong sense of community found in small towns but want to be right in the mix of busy city life, Park Hills is the perfect option.
