Rantoul is a small village in Campaign County about an hour and a half from Lafayette. This rural town is a united community that values knowing neighbors by first name and looking out for one another. The biggest night of the year is the annual Community Night Out, an evening dedicated to getting locals to socialize with neighbors, public service employees, and the village government.

Rantoul residents take pride in their well-kept parks and sports facilities. Along with nine gorgeous parks, the Bill Seeber Memorial Soccer Complex and Willow Pond Golf Complex are popular spots for recreation. Rantoul also has a woodshop and aquatic center with a full service concession stand and picnic tables. Residents also connect at small events throughout the year, such as an outdoor movie screening at the park or at holiday parades.
