There's not really any crime in the area so it's a great place to live!

Santa Ana is a wonderful place to live. I hear stories that it's very dangerous to live here, but I have honestly never seen anything terrible. Your typical police officers and firefighters will charge down Euclid every month, but it's not as the media portrays it.

Around my area there is usually no crime and it's safe because we have Santa Ana Police like a block away. My neighbor is usually quite.

History

Santa Ana was incorporated on June 1, 1886. William Spurgeon, the city's first mayor, discovered the land while traveling on horseback in October 1869. The Utah native spotted the region covered with tall yellow mustard plants and climbed a tree to get a better look. Spurgeon was pleased, and paid owner Jacob Ross, Sr. $595 for 74.2 acres. Spurgeon built a small town across 24 blocks consisting of 10 lots. He named it Santa Ana and provided residents with running water from his artesian well and water tower. Spurgeon became a postmaster in 1870, and also established a general store that served families from neighboring regions.

Boasting the theme "igniting imagination through exploration," the Kidseum of Bowers Museum provides children with a high-tech, interactive experience focusing on art and archaeology. Children engage in art-making activities at Kidseum's Glow Cave, as well as exploring the magical Wells Fargo stagecoach.
