An affordable neighborhood just outside Downtown Dayton
Roosevelt is a small neighborhood about three miles west of Downtown Dayton. The neighborhood offers a variety of affordable rental options in a variety of styles including mid-rise apartments and single-family houses. Roosevelt has a few stores and restaurants, but residents travel into downtown and surrounding neighborhoods for more options. U.S. Route 35 and Highway 4 nearby allow for easy travel throughout the Dayton area. This close-knit community is anchored by the Greater Dayton Recreation Center, a 45,000 square-foot facility offering an assortment of classes and community events for all ages.
