What I like about Rose park is how diverse it is. I feel safe in my community and I always try to connect with my neighborhood as much as I can. The neighbors are the nicest, wonderful, and caring people. The only downfall I could think of is living right next to the freeway, as well as the airport. Sometimes, when we are want to go to sleep, its usual when we hear an airplane or an ambulance which resembles on waking up me and my family.

Pros: friendly neighborhood, lots of access to parks, trails, library, grocery stores, etc. Cons: lots of stray dogs running around all the time, the area is a bit run down and could use a "pick me up"

It gets a bad rap but it's a quiet tree lined neighborhood with lots of families and people walking their dogs.
