A quiet escape in Mohawk Valley

Great Location College Town Convenient Outdoors Golf

South Utica rests at the base of the Adirondack Mountains in the Mohawk Valley, providing residents with the comforts of small-town life in the heart of New York State. This wooded locale is filled with tree-lined streets and several parks. Roscoe Conkling Park dominates the eastern portion of the neighborhood and offers trails, the Utica Zoo, and Valley View Golf Course. Along Genesee Street there are a variety of medical facilities, restaurants, and stores, but for more options, residents travel outside to other commercial hubs like Sangertown Square about three miles away. Great for people who want to be close to campus or the heart of the city, South Utica is located directly south of Utica College and Downtown Utica is only three miles away. Similar to many New York communities, South Utica rentals can be expensive, but there are more affordable options available for rent as well including single-family houses and apartments.
