A great location to enjoy Orlando’s fun side

Theme Parks Commutes Airport Lakes Shops Tourism

Located about 10 miles south of Downtown Orlando, Southchase is an ideal community for fast commutes into the city, but with a more suburban feel. The Florida Turnpike borders the neighborhood’s western edge, while the Central Florida Greenway passes along the south side.

The neighborhood is convenient to Orlando International Airport, which is to the east, and to attractions like SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove, Disney World, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, all a few minutes to the west. Universal Orlando Resort is north, just off the Turnpike. If all of that isn’t enough, the popular Gatorland attraction is to the southwest. If you choose a Southchase apartment, get ready to be the most popular vacation destination for friends and family!
