With an ideal blend of wooded residential and bustling commercial, Southridge provides one of the Asheville area's most convenient neighborhoods. Located in Arden, Southridge follows the French Broad River and extends east toward Hendersonville Road. Lake Julian is north of the neighborhood, while the Asheville Regional Airport takes up the west side. With Downtown Asheville located only about 10 miles north, Southridge provides easy access to the larger city while providing a mountain retreat to call home.
