St Andrews Place is a small suburban neighborhood in north-central Norfolk, just off of the Hampton Roads Beltway. It’s a great location with several public schools within walking distance: Tanners Creek Elementary School occupies the west end of the neighborhood, with Norview Elementary, Middle, and High Schools a few blocks to the west and Rosemont Middle School just a short walk to the north.
