A park-like neighborhood only two miles southeast of Washington, DC, Stanton Park gets its name from its grassy counterpart. The national park, known as Stanton Park, is a scenic, tree-lined green space with a playground, walkways, and a statue of war hero Nathanael Greene. Great public schools reside in this neighborhood like Peabody Elementary School, located just outside of the park. Because of this neighborhood’s proximity to DC, there are an abundance of upscale apartments available for rent.
