Situated close to Interstates 70 and 465 and approximately six miles from downtown Indianapolis, Stout Field provides easy access to the entire city. This neighborhood hosts the headquarters of the Indiana National Guard, as well as the Stout Army Air Field. For close access to a variety of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, many residents of Stout Field live in apartments along Kentucky Avenue.

For recreation, visit Stout Field Park, which features stationary exercise equipment, a splash pad, and electronic and climbing games worthy of an action-packed day.
