Fixer upper easily $750,000. Extremely crime ridden with meth heads, break-ins, and police will not hassle homeless who have taken over the skate park causing quaint Ma & Pa shops to vacate. High school is good but walk in groups for safety. Trains begin three miles west and so nowhere to park and people with untreated mental problems make buses real dicey.
