A compact city that’s perfect for commuters and travelers

Quaint Community Walkable Commuter Convenient

Sunset sits along Interstate 15 between Ogden and Salt Lake City and combines small-town feel and big-city conveniences in a small package. Sunset encompasses just under two square miles of land in northern Utah, but it packs a variety of apartments and home rentals into its streets. There are sweets shops, pizza places, and plenty of grocery stores scattered around Sunset. Since the community neighbors Clinton and is bordered by the interstate, it’s easy to travel to other areas for errands, fun, or work. Community parks are also close at hand in Sunset, as are a number of outdoor destination to the west. Salt Lake City is just a 30-minute drive south.
