I have lived in Sylvan Hills for 4 years now. The Neighborhood is amazing and the people are great. It has a perfect location for access to the beltline, highway, MARTA, Tyler perry studios, the Airport, The MET, Lee + White (local restaurants and breweries) and much more. I would say development is also happening quickly in this area. The neighborhood association also stays pretty active.
