A thriving artistic district in the heart of Costa Mesa, the Theatre Arts District is home to an array of local theaters, concert halls, and small businesses. This neighborhood is bounded by Bristol Street to the west, Sunflower Avenue to the north, Interstate 405 to the south, and Avenue of the Arts to the east. The Theatre Arts District is home to Samueli Theater, Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Noguchi Garden and Julianne and George Argyros Plaza. Public art is commonplace here and is spread throughout the community. Movies in the park, live concerts, and artistic performances are just a few of the things that bring this tiny community together. There are a few top-notch restaurants in the neighborhood as well, including Vaca — a Spanish eatery with tapas and a full bar — and Water Grill, a vibrant, upscale seafood restaurant.
