The area has just about everything you need within walking distance, the part that I live in has a gift volume of Caribbean occupancy so I get a home like vibe as I am originally from the Caribbean.

I like the availability of the public transportation system. quick and efficient most of the time. I wish there were more fast food restaurants around . not a lot of options around here apart from mcdonalds and and bunch of kennedy's.

In this particular area there is not much going on however it is close to neighborhoods and project buildings that do suffer from a high crime rate.

Crime is really not really prevalent in the area. Most of the residents are Jamaicans, Hispanics, and Guyanese so they know each other well and are friendly towards one another. However, when crimes do occur it's usually young men targeting each other.
