Great walkable, bikeable neighborhood. Near to shopping, grocery, restaurant bars and entertainment. Can walk to brewpubs and restaurants. Near to downtown and easy drive to Navy Base. Very family and pet friendly. Parking can be a small problem if you have more than one car.
