Located 30 minutes from downtown Houston, Woodbridge is a small neighborhood in Sugar Land. This neighborhood is mainly residential with access to great schools, attracting new families every year. The community is very close-knit and has events throughout the year at the clubhouse. Woodbridge makes shopping and dining easy with access to several shopping centers. Residents have access to international restaurants and grocery stores along Voss and Addicks-Howell Road. More shopping options are available at First Colony Mall, which also has a movie theater.
