Zephyrhills is a growing city with lots of local shopping centers and restaurants to eat at. This city growing quickly and has neighborhoods being built. Zephyrhills has an elementary, middle and high school that are close by.

It is getting to crowded. It takes forever to get places. There are a lot of good shops. If you want a place to live that has convinent places to get food and shop.

Its a small town that's growing. I would like to see more reasonable pricing on housing because I currently live with my parents but eventually I want to move out. Everything is close by in Zephyrhills. About 10 minutes average from each place you go to or less.
