These apartments are trash. If you want trashy living, this is the place for you. They allow people to have dogs and don’t clean up after them. The place smells like a zoo. Gross apartments with trash everywhere. The office is the only clean part or the apartments.

Maintenance? Be prepared to never have anything repaired. No matter how long you have lived here. Property management? Just ride around in the golf cart and kick people out . Money hungry is all I’ll say.

They will never respond to your "Fix request". They will send you a notice to vacate on the 3rd of the month if your unable to pay on time.

Cops are here almost twice a week, there have been multiple shooting since I’ve live here this past year, a child was hit by a speeding car in the parking lot, ur neighbors are porch pirates so trying to get packages delivered on ur doorstep u either need to be home when it is delivered or put a note for them to toss it on to ur patio cause it can’t last 5 minutes in front of ur door or somebody walking by will scoop it up and take off, even if u have a camera pointing dead at the package for everyone to see. Can’t even walk to or from ur vehicle without getting car called by other residences even with a child on ur hip, I literally have to carry on my hip to get men to leave me alone so I can go to work. Lockhart must allow anyone in that can pay the high rent they charge even if ur apartment isn’t renovated, they put rules for our for ppl on what they can do with apartment they pay they pay for and threaten to charge violation fees for certain things such as toys on patios or leaving ur valet trash can outside because they don’t want pest outside but they want u to have pest in ur apartment. Instead of focusing on what ppl do with the apartment they pay rent for maybe they have more security available and patrol the apartment complex instead of having some number for them to send a courtesy patrol officer to the apartment complex from a different location u might as well call police they’ll get here faster and will actually do something their already here multiple times a week cause of ppl shooting guns all day. All Lockhart does it send out email and text telling residences of the rules but never follow thru if their not abide by. I’ve lived at apartment complexes where if the someone was arrested or u were not following the law in the apartment complex u got evicted but that doesn’t happen here they only want the money.

All the reviews that’s 4-5 stars are fake. They make up accounts because of how bad the people here talk about it. They are money hungry. I’ve lived here for months and watched them put people out every month. They don’t want to work with you for real. Seems like they are quicker to send our evictions then they are to send out maintenance. They lie and said things are renovated when they are not. They make it look good from the outside. They’re lazy and don’t answer phones.

We almost moved in!! They verified a unit would be ready. It wasn’t clean, the electrical didn’t work and was dangerous. There was food in the fridge from the last people. The bathtub was not installed. The management takes no responsibility and this is for new tenants. I cannot image how they deal with people who already live there.

No Hot water, Pools are Dirty, I lived here for almost 2 Years And Had atleast 5 shootings, Security Doesn’t do Anything, A man Died on the stairs??, And I was Walking out of my house And the bullet grazed me luckily. ???? Dont waste your time

Maintenance came out and fixed all my issues and were very professional and nice. Hard workers for sure and will make sure your issue is resolved before they leave amazing amazing

Went in today to get pricing on units and Maricela provided all fees and rent amounts for units in april. She helped me out to understand everything there was to try and get an apartment there. SUPER HELPFUL!

Breighanna was so great with getting me into my apartment she made sure everything was right they do work with you on everything I enjoyed working with her!!!! Thankssss Breighanna !!!

Called to the apartments and was answered all my questions and Maricela was really patient and polite since I am a first time renter and had lots of questions! 10/10!

Under new management. They are completely money hungry and do not care about your well-being. Very creative with charges and fees. Our rent has went up by 20% plus new fees. We are not renewing the lease here and cannot wait to leave. Our apartment is small there is no storage space, floors unlevel, no room for washer and dryer‘s, vents are disgusting(I’ve complained 4x) so still using laundry mat to dry and paying for mandatory valet trash that don’t even pick up your trash. Management and office staff could do some much better but more focus on the building new amenities to add more charges then the actual residents they are building for. Calling is useless can never reach anyone number on website didn’t work for the longest and texting, they didn’t want to assist me so they keep forwarding me the same contact info I texted asking what their name was they quit responding to me. I can keep going on but you get I’m pretty upset with this place!

The apartment complex has Spectrum internet service, but the internet is down most days. If you need internet don’t live here, there is something wrong with the entire building’s internet set up.

I only applied to these apartments back in December and changed my mind about living there after the poor communication and handling of my move-in date with the agent. I only put in an application, never signed a lease, never even saw the apartment and of course never lived there. Starting in February their property management , Ashland Greene, has been emailing me a bill of $95 for a move-out inspection charge for an apartment i never moved into. I called their central billing number and no one answers the phone, I left several messages and no one has called me back. I called Lockhart and the same agent I worked with in December said it was an error and I won't receive anymore emails and since then I had received 2 more emails demanding money. I'm glad I made the right decision not to move in and now I'm trying to report them to make sure they don't try to add a fictious charge to my credit history.

The staff is an organized and very disrespectful they do not care about their tenets we have not had water for over a week no one seems to be able to give a definite answer and if you haven’t paid any of your utilities they have sent out a letter to your apartment stating they will not turn on your water I do not recommend living here

Jennifer is amazing she kept me update with maintenance and had my issues resolved in one day, very sweet and explains everything. Mark is amazing as well. Between Jennifer and Mark you are in great hands with a great apartment. The staff is very family oriented and is here to help with an issue you have. Amazing place I would recommend

this place is beyond words horrible. 1 you will have roaches. ive spent 60 so far getting rid of them because their two dollar a month pest control charge is absolutely bogus 2 have a downstairs apartment and the fat person they let rent the apartment above has definately broke the floor above me 3 they will charge you for everything they can. for three days the website to pay rent was down and i still got a late fee because how was i supposed to pay.

I would recommend that you keep morena, she"s awesome ,has agreat sense of humor,and follow up with info in regards t\o your situation at all times. Shes a keeper.

Drug dealers, dirty, mail boxes have been broken for two months. Picking up at post office, have not tried to fix. Connie the manager is rude does not care for residents! Cheap for a reason!! Can't wait for lease to be over!

I found my thrill at Strawberry Hill Apts!!!!! Small community, great neighbors, great maintenance, quite, and a wonderful amazing manager Karen. I just signed a 2nd year lease. I plan on living here I guess till I die or go to a nursing home. Great security that lives on site. The day I called the leasing office and talked with Karen and was told yes they had a 1st floor 1 bedroom available I went right over there. Then when I got the call I was approved wow I was so happy. So yes I can say I found my thrill at Strawberry Hill!!!!

I would recommend to others that looking for a reasonable price and the staff do work with you I give it 3 stars just for that

This complex is great in helping you decide what you want and don't want in an apartment. The price is attractive, but that's all. The advertised amenities (playground, pool, laundry, on-site maintenance) aren't up to par. My mailbox was broken into numerous of times and my ceiling was falling apart; you have to stay on top of management to get stuff fixed. All in all if you're looking for somewhere quick to move into this is the place. Living here makes you really think about what you want an apartment community.
