I looked at several apartments when I was moving to Shoreview, and this one had the best combination of price and amenities. I love using the movie room and gym. If you’re a Boston Scientific or Land O Lakes employee, you’re right next to the office. The maintenance is very quick to respond to requests! I’ve loved living here for 2 years!!
Loden SV is by far the best place I have ever lived at. From the extensive amenity options, kind and incredibly helpful staff to the pet friendly environment, you truly can’t get better than this. My fiance and I feel so safe living here and also really appreciate the accessibility to so many stores including Trader Joe’s, Cub, Walgreens, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, Target and much more! Thank you Loden for being such a great home
Great community to live in. Close to Target, Trader Joe’s, restaurants and parks! Easy access to major highways. The building is modern and always clean. Friendly people and staff is always responsive and helpful! It’s been great living here for the last 2 years.
The staff here is very friendly and never hesitates to go out of the way for answers to questions and planning a tour love the environment and the people just make it that much better
I love living at the Loden SV for many reasons. One being that I walk out my door every morning and grab a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar. Another being our fun and personable staff. My apartment needed repair back in the fall and the staff was quick to get me in one of our AirBNB units while mine was repaired. They made it easy and comfortable even when I needed to be out of my place for a few weeks.
I have lived at Loden for almost 3 years and have loved it! Maintenance and cleaning crew are consistently amazing and the amenities are fantastic. The leasing team has evolved over the years, but everyone has always been friendly and helpful. It is conveniently close to the cities without city prices or noise, and super close to many awesome shops and parks. I recommend living at Loden to anyone!
Amazing place to live! Going on our second year! Great gym with free weights and squat rack. Big pool beside a pickle ball court and bbq grill. Awesome trail around the complex and bike trails around lakes and ponds. Also you can rent paddle boards! Very friendly staff and residents. Big theater room and party room with games. Definitely love all the free events they throw every couple months! Honestly can’t beat it!
My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed living at Loden. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, amenities are good, and the environment as a whole is welcoming.
I am heading into year 5 living at loden and I could not picture myself at a better place. The central location and amazing amenities are what keep me here!
We really enjoy living here and have been here for about a year and a half. The apartments are really nice and we love how pet friendly they are. It’s a great location, easy to go for walks, quick access to groceries and restaurants and just overall a great place to be.
Love living here. Apartments are quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the staff are very responsive. Ever since the change in staff, it’s been fantastic. Building is well kept, clean, and great amenities for everyone to enjoy. Also love the community events Loden hosts!
I’ve been with the apartment for about a year and a half and this is my first experience where there is someone always at the reception desk to speak with and management is never hard to get in touch with.
I love my apartment, but when I moved in the accent wall in the living room was not painted well, dishwasher wasn't cleaned out (food left in filter), loose shower handle, some cosmetic issues. All of those should have been taken care of before I moved especially since they ask us to pay $400 upfront for those expenses when we move out. I really hope whenever I move out my $400 is actually used like it is supposed to be. Outside of that, the amenities are great, management has been helpful in answering questions, and maintenance has been very responsive when I put in a work order.
Love living at Loden. It has great amenities, friendly staff, and an awesome location right in the heart of shoreview. It’s a dog friendly community with access to tons of parks and trails. Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend.

The property was very beautiful and had many amenities. However, It was very difficult to contact them again for following up for questions; I called a couple of times to inquire about internet pricing outside their base plan(they have their own vendor called Data Stream) but couldn't get any additional information. Also their base rate for internet, $25-35 a month for 10mbps, is fairly abysmal seeing as I was able to get 100 mbps for $55/m with another provider at my previous residence.

I am about halfway through my lease at Loden SV and have been thoroughly let down by both the management's communication and the recent events that seem to go a lot against everything I was told upon signing my lease. I was completely sold while touring the complex. The gorgeous amenities, friendly atmosphere, the spacious apartments, how pet friendly they were, and more really had me thinking this place was perfect. I do have to say, I love my apartment. However, if I could remove it from Loden SV, I would in a heartbeat. Their "pet friendly" advertising quickly turned to them looking for any way to make having a pet difficult for you. I pay a LOT of money to have my pet in my apartment, and conveniently after signing my lease was passively told (by a flyer posted by the door) that they are not allowed to be on the grass, near the trees, bushes, or anything else that could take away from the only thing this management cares about; their image. They also lied about where the one place our dogs could be (the fenced pen) was going to be located. We were all under the impression that this would be centralized behind the courtyard; however it is now inconveniently placed the farthest point of the property from any outside door. Additionally, if you make one slip up and miss picking up your dogs sample (in their poorly/not lit area), it is an automatic $500+ fine. They also downplayed just how much we were going to have to pay for in our apartment itself. You pay for separate internet, a router, all water usage, electric, utilities, trash, sewer, street lights, etc. not to mention that we pay for amenity (or community area) usage as well! Every other apartment complex takes care of these charges and likely includes it into your rent for having access to these things. Loden SV does both (in rent and in a monthly charge). Additionally, it is awfully hard to enjoy the gorgeous amenities when they are constantly having these booked for community events or private events (where they can make extra cash). I'm extremely let down by my experience at Loden SV.
Just cant wait to move into the best place in Shoreview, fully loaded.....could not find a better place....exceptional resort setting as well.
