Very nice facility all around. Hot tub and pool seem to be very clean. Application process was pretty easy. The only thing is our screen door is a little messed up and the apartment wasn’t very clean. Oh and they constantly have the sprinklers going so it’s got some pretty muddy grass all the time.
The apartment community and overall living has never cause me any problems while in the 10 months of living here. I enjoy it and plan on staying

Great move in experience! Leasing office personnel are super friendly and helpful. We love that the units have modern appliances and layouts. We could use more internal storage space, but the rooms are very spacious, so we’re making it work.

This is the best place I have ever lived , great location amazing amenities great size apartments and the view is absolutely amazing . It is truly a peaceful place to live .
I just moved to a bigger apartment within the apartment community and I have enjoyed the amenities, the communication with the property management staff. I haven’t had any issues with my neighbors and have began fostering friendships with them.
This has been a great apartment. Quite. Lots of grass space for my dog. Lots of parking. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always so helpful. I love having a gym just a short walk away.
The amentities are extremely nice and well kept. The room is nice and large for the price point. My only potential complaint is that I’m on the third floor with no elevator so moving in was a little tiresome.

I have mixed feelings. I like the amenities and the apartment however I’ve had Amazon packages stolen (I’ve heard this from other residents as well) AND MY CAR STOLEN right from the parking lot outside my window. A Neighbors car was broken into as well and heard this has happened to others. It would be nice to have security cameras throughout the whole community and not just the office and amenity areas. The security car that drives through one or twice at night isn’t enough. If this complex protected us better with a security system I would definitely have better feelings. I know a lot of less expensive apartments in questionable parts of town that even have security and/or gates.
I have had a fantastic experience thus far with the move in process, it has been hassle free and the staff is great. The amenities at the Lodge are fantastic and everything is clean and well maintained.

The experience so far has been great, the stairs for the complexes are quite wide, making for an easy time moving furniture. The layout of the unit is fantastic, I have never seen such a fully featured kitchen in an apartment before. Every modern amenity is included, the storage space on the patio is also very welcome. Location has been super quiet at pretty much all times, and with ample parking I'm never left walking too far to get to my doorstep.

I LOVE it here so much! I’ve been here for two years and have just sign another year lease in a new unit and I have just been so happy. With the entire staff at the leasing office, maintenance men, groundskeepers, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The response time on any issues is immediate and always helpful. I haven’t really had any issues since living here. All the neighbors have been really friendly to. Just an overall great community!

Lived here for about 6 months. Gym is always very clean and has broad enough hours that I have never experienced it being crowded. Pool is nice, can only really be enjoyed on hot days as it is a little chilly. They have a bunch (like biweekly) of members events. I do wish they had more events after 5:00 (as I work) but I appreciate them doing that for the community. We toured several apartments before deciding on this one, and this one has plenty of storage for belongings, large patios/porches, and was less expensive than other apartments in the area. Management always responds in a timely manner whenever I do have issues. Apartment layouts are nice and open-do not feel cramped.

Great place. Me and my family absolutely love it. The apartments are beautiful with a perfect layout and feel very spacious. The amenities are an amazing bonus and do not fail to impress. It's been great living here so far. Overall the community is pretty quiet and feels quite safe. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is always helpful and the property always looks pretty clean. If I had any complaints I wish my upstairs neighbors weren't so loud but that's apartment life what are you going to do lol. I also would like to see the accessibility path in front of my building also get cleared when it snows, not just the steps.

It's fine, the coffee is locked up in the morning when everyone is going to work. So that's about it. The dog park is nice. Parking sucks and is limited

Lodge at Black Forest has satisfied our needs! Great location, solid amenities, units on the Summit side could be nicer but for the market, it is spacious!

Terrible communication between the office and residents. The maintenance team has unprofessional members who slack off and speed through the neighborhood. Other than that, the apartments themselves are nice.

I have been living here for 3 years, maintenance always responds quickly and they get the job done. I like the community events and the dog park is great. Parking can be a little tight some times if you arrive in the evening, requiring me to walk pretty far to my apartment - but garages and covered parking are available for purchase if that bothers you.

A quiet and cozy little community. Pet friendly and has lots of amenities to care for both your furry friends and yourself too. Management is friendly and responsive.
