The framework of the building was in poor condition, with many cracks in the walls and ceilings. This made me concerned about the overall structural integrity of the building. The appliances were constantly breaking down. The refrigerator stopped working, the oven would not heat up properly, and the dishwasher would leak all over the floor. It was a constant headache trying to get these issues resolved, and it seemed like every week there was something new that needed to be fixed. I hated living here, and you should really reconsider your choice in doing so.

I lived in an here about a year ago and had a terrible experience. The management was completely inconsiderate of the residents and seemed to only care about making money. It was clear that they had little interest in improving the living experience of the tenants. The apartment was also plagued with bugs. No matter how much I cleaned and sprayed, I could never seem to get rid of them.

Poorly managed by Greystar and will take every penny possible. Far too expensive for the quality of living it provided. The walls were thin and the noise level was consistently high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep or even have a peaceful moment at home; could hear people moving every step above us. Had a reputation for charging too much and stealing a large portion of the security deposit for various repairs and fees, even if they were not justified. Condition and cleanliness of this apartment complex has gone downhill sharply. Due to the inability of this apartment complex to handle maintenance and pest issues, an ant infestation that started on a lower floor spread into my bathroom. The issues with ants likely started from there being garbage left for days on end outside of the garbage area. Shortly before I left, there had to be emails sent from management advising that trash should not be left in the hallways. That should provide some insight as to the tenants you will be sharing this building with, and the overall condition. I always kept my apartment impeccably clean, and the infestation of ants was through no fault of my own, which was evidenced by the fact that there were no ants in my kitchen or anywhere else other than the bathroom. Day after day, I had to kill over 30 ants in the bathroom each day. Somedays, there would be over 100 ants. Despite the amount of ants, I was provided with no rent reduction whatsoever, but they had the nerve to send a letter from an attorney disputing that there were ants. Yup, someone who pays their rent on time each month is making up a story about ants to try to save a few dollars on rent. I guess the ants in the pictures below are a figment of my imagination. Any reasonable place would have provided some reduction to a tenant dealing with this amount of ants, and that would have been acceptable to me. Also, if you are living here, hopefully you really like dogs, because you will get to hear the relaxing sound of dogs barking in your apartment from other apartments. The walls are paper thin. The only positives I can think of are that there are nice people working at the front desk, like John, who was very nice and professional whenever I spoke with him. I also felt that it was safe overall, however, there were several times where fire alarms were pulled at night by people or caused by vaping near the fire alarms. You can read other reviews I have left, to see how positive I am about reviewing other businesses, so you will know that I am not someone who just leaves negative reviews for no reason. I would have given 2 stars, possibly 3 if the prices for this place were at all reasonable for what you are getting, but that is not the case here. For the price, this place deserves 1 star, and I would recommend that you look at other places before signing a lease here.

Management requires you to sign up for Fetch courier service to receive packages from UPS/ FedEx/ DHL. This company is terrible. Packages are not delivered to you on time. When you sign up for this service, you acknowledge that Fetch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer service is non- existent. I now send packages to my mom’s house. Additionally, the hallways smell like sewer most of the time. Have complained to management and nothing has been addressed.

It functions well. Easy to get in/out of garage. Pick up mail. Elevators. Many exit doors. Very clean. Feel very safe.
Location is great, staff is great, facilities are great. Some neighbors can be a bit loud with music, but not usually at night, so still not a big problem. Overall, I like it so far.
I like the building and staff. Security could be taken more seriously. Even small external sign at entrances saying "video surveillance" would be a deterrent...even if there aren't any! The exit/entrance doors don't always shur correctly but some effort has been made.
The location and safety vs the cost of living at the apartment is really not worth it. Otherwise, my apartment is lovely and the staff are very nice.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the amenities, the positive and relaxed vibe, it's location, and the friendly people. For the most part people seem to look out for each other.
I love living in Loftin Place, it's a great location and only going to get better as more businesses pop up around downtown.
Just moved here 3 weeks ago from Washington, DC. I could not be happier with the building, the apartment, the amenities, and best of all, the STAFF. Every single question I have asked has been answered promptly, with enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness. I have ordered furniture and there have been issues with the delivery companies both times. On both occasions, the staff at Loftin Place jumped in to help. I have been very pleasantly surprised that Tony and his maintenance team have offered to bring the larger items to my apartment. The customer service is the best I have received anywhere. The building itself is beautiful and they continue to add amenities (now a spinning class in addition to the yoga class already offered). A
After looking at every other apartment complex from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter and this building is the best. The amenities are amazing the pool the gym the roof top tennis court and running track it just doesn't stop their brand-new washers and dryer in every unit. We were willing to sign lease within minutes just because of the customer service that we received from Nina and Rosa they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for my wife and I.
I moved in into a second floor unit on March 1 and I couldn't be more happier. I looked at several new places around downtown that were a 100 to 200 less, but when I saw how close it was from Clematis and City Place, I didn't budge on the decision. Its walkable to everything, plus there is a FREE trolly that goes all around Downtown West Palm, that people use. It even takes you to the outlets. When I moved here, I didn't have my car, so the fact its literally a 5-7 minute walk to the ocean is wonderful and one block from the water that I can see from my balcony. The rooftop tennis deck and track is amazing. I have had 5 people come over and I take them on tours like I work for Greystar. Everyone's jaws drop from the moment that walk past the leasing office. The GYM is like staying in a 5 star hotel with the right amount of equipment for everything. I am a fitness head, so to have leg press and other leg machines was crucial. Only recommendation would be a curl bar rack, other than that, they have it all. The cycling and yoga room is awesome and I can't wait until they start classes. As for the pool, its amazing. The fact they literally have a dedicated lap lane for swimmers is amazing. I love that workout. As for noise, lets just say, I live next to people who love music and in the hallway I hear the music all the time, but once I am in my UNIT, its silence and that is a PLUS. This building is made of concrete and steel, so its sound proof. As for the new people moving in every day, I have met everyone and they are all awesome. I will not waist this many words on a review if I didn't mean this. MOVE IN BEFORE SUMMER, because this place will be insane and cool. LAST THING, this isn't a young and wild place, its all professionals and you must prove your income to live that makes this place awesome, because you know they are picky on the tenants. One more thing on this beautiful Friday about LOFTIN PLACE, ROSA and MALLORY are freaking awesome in the leasing often as well as the other two ladies who I am blanking on.
Lofton Place gives you the feeling of residing in a resort with all the amenities you could ask for! Concierge staff is excellent, Rosa was so helpful and attentive to our needs during the leasing process. This place is awesome!
One of THE best perks of living at Loftin Place is you can WALK to the beach! There is a beautiful pool on premises but if you are a beach goer you will love this location!
I am a life-long resident of West Palm Beach and have visited most of the moderately priced buildings in the downtown area (under $2,500 per month). Loftin Place is at the top of my list!! I have very high standards for quality construction and amenities and Loftin Place significantly exceeded my expectations. Some of my favorite items include the rooftop tennis court, lap pool, BBQs, gym, spin/yoga studio, and the list goes on. Now that we are settled in, we couldn't be happier. Also, Rosa in the leasing office was amazing to work with. She was very informative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I can't say enough about the level of customer service before and after moving in.
I searched many months Downtown WPB looking for the perfect place to call home. The moment I walked into Loftin Place (11/10/2016)...I knew the search was over. For the kind of money I'd be spending as a single 33-year old, I wanted to be blown away. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, Loftin Palce did just that. I work a lot - and it can be stressful - but the moment I click that garage opener and the gate opens, all of the outside noise fades and I walk into my brand new condo over looking the city and the intercostal and remember why all that hard work makes so much sense. Like any brand new development, there have been limited growing pains, but the management couldn't be nicer and any issue is resolved immediately. The property itself couldn't be better. With the pool and all other amenities now open, It's like living in a 5* resort 24/7. I was recently thinking of going on vacation, but then I thought why? Very nice and well kept apartments. Very close to all the hot spots. Having an everyday hotel living feel. The staff is super nice and accommodating !! Great community to be apart of !!! :)
Looked all over and couldnt find the luxe amenities and superb layout of Loftin Place anywhere. The newest property built in 10 years down here. Now im in the heart of the city walking around like im in Manhattan. The office staff is top notch. Oh and the espresso bar.....
