Lofton Place Apartments

I only have a couple of complaints. 1. It’s very difficult to get a response to emails or phone calls. I have a difficult time ever getting though to the office 2. The trash pick up is so inconsistent and will sometimes go for 2-3 days with out pick up. I understand there are normal days when they do not pick up but adding additional days on top is not ok. 3. Some of the neighbors are excessively loud at inopertune times and there is no way to report it. 4. The amount of time it has taken to repair the hole in the gym ceiling is unacceptable. That is an amenity that we pay for and it has been unusable for weeks. 5. Maintenance requests that are not considered emergency take weeks to be addressed. 6. The condition of my son’s bathroom has always been bad and pretty sure there is mold. It I was told upon move in, that everything is “as is” As for the positives, the maintenance staff is always helpful and super polite. I have no complaints on that.

When we first moved in we really loved it here. Things have changed and all these new fees that have incorporated with the rent is outrageous. It’s crazy how these apartment complex can raise prices but forget to upgrade or fix old things that’s inside of the apartment.

My apartment is quiet, the surroundings are clean, and beautiful. This is because apartment managers work hard on their duties. Everyone in my apartment neighbors is kind. I have lived in my apartment for 15 years and I want to continue living with my neighbors in the future.

I absolutely love living in this community! It's a pleasant and tranquil place where you can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle. Everything you need is conveniently located nearby, from grocery stores to parks and restaurants, making daily life easy and enjoyable. For families with children, this community truly shines. The schools are excellent, offering a great education and a variety of extracurricular activities. It’s reassuring to know that my kids are receiving a top-notch education just a short distance from home. Overall, this community is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and quality education, making it an ideal place to live.

Our apartment is quiet. The residents are very friendly and the apartment management staff works hard for the residents. Our apartment is located in a convenient location for transportation. I love our apartment.

Our apartment has convenient transportation and is quiet. Also, our apartment is very clean. The apartment management staff works hard and takes care of problems quickly. I love my apartment. This is why I have lived in this apartment for 15 years.

Great place to live. Grass is green. Neighbors are decent. Dog friendly. && Maintenance is great. Been here almost 4 yrs and still happy. Hopefully the rent won't go up again but other than that great.

I love living here. Maintences is always willing to help and very friendly. My current neighbors are also very friendly and quiet so no complaints there.

Other than my new neighbors upstairs who are very noisy, it's been terrific and wonderful living here. I love the vibe of the area it's peaceful

I love living here! The leasing team is so helpful and sweet. Maintenance on the property is prompt and consistent. The location of the apartment community is ideal and close to everything! I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Living here has been a joy. Maria in the office is amazing, she is always friendly and I often pop in just to say hi. All the staff members are great and super friendly! Gustavo is super sweet and always helpful. Maintenance in general is super fast to respond to requests and the complex is 90% quiet. I love my view of the fountains and sitting out on my patio is so peaceful!

My experience so far has been great except for the unusable closet that used to house the water heater. After the water heater was moved next to the stackable washer and dryer, the original closet where the ac unit still exists, is unusable space.

Beautiful place to live, quiet neighborhoods, nearby good restaurants, schools, supermarkets, Publix, Walmart, mall, church and shopping center, I recommend 100%

Our apartment is very quiet. The neighborhood in the apartment is kind and friendly. Employees of our apartment management office also do their jobs with all their heart. It also handles the repair request for my house immediately. I have lived in our apartment for 14 years and this is why I have lived in our apartment for a long time.

A little bit of insects When we move, the fumigation company isn't very good, But everything else is fine, the complex is beautiful and they keep it taken care of.

Things are just ok here. Front office isn’t easy to deal with, but I haven’t had any real issues with my apartment. Location is the only reason I’m still here.

I enjoy living here. If I didn't I would not be going on my 7th year here. The pool area is up-to-date and looks lovely. They have also just updated the water heater and A/C.

So far it was been a pretty good experience. It is a safe community and friendly people. Love taking the dog to the dog park. Thank you for everything

What other renters have said about roach infestation is true. No pest control is happening in the units themselves, only exterior. They will never get a handle on it without spraying the units. The unit is infested even after spraying regularly on our own. Also, they came into the apartment and removed an old water heater and moved it to the laundry closet. They have never been back to fix where they removed the old one. Its an eyesore of a hole in the floor. Then they came and cut a hole into the ceiling and didn't return for a month after repeated requests. Finally they inserted a silver electrical box. They still haven't painted the ceiling. The entire unit is in disrepair, do not rent here. Even for the renovated units better pricing can be had elsewhere these days. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Our apartment is quiet. The neighbors in the apartment are all kind and help each other. The staff of the apartment management office and the staff in charge of the outside all handle their affairs kindly and kindly. If there is a problem with the unit I live in, I immediately deal with the problem. So I love my apartment.

Management is extremely rude and not helpful. I have sent over 4 emails regarding my lease and have not received an email back. They are doing renovations and do not give proper notice of when people will be entering the apartment. They also don’t clean up after the renovations are done so there are nails and trash everywhere. The stairs are wooden and falling apart. The whole place is a hazard. I’m surprised no one has sued yet. This is by far the worst management of any business I have ever seen. I am moving when my lease ends and I cannot wait!

Lofton place has a lot to offer, we may have issues here and there but as a community we all care for each other and there aren’t issues amongst us, from management we get response to inquiries and maintenance requests fairly quick. It’s a nice place to live in.

I love living here. It is close to all stores and places to go out and eat. Once you settle in sit outside and watch all of the nature around the pond.

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the new water heater is so annoying. Like I have this noise the entire day and it bothers me a lot. And we have these stackable washer and dryer that are way too smaller and I can only put a bit more than half in it otherwise can’t spin properly because the entire washer moves while spinning and I can see that can’t support load. So now we have terrible washer and deyer and a water heater that is noisy. On top of that we don’t even have the shelf place anymore, so can’t call it a laundry room anymore. Just disappointed with that. But for anything else I love it here.

I Love live here the location is perfect, the amenities and comunity. Just love it. We are near of everything, schools, Parks, mall, supermarket.

Love it here. Quite community the staff very friendly Never had a problem with them or having them fix anything I needed done. Love the pool an the grill area too. Nice place to call home

I love our apartment. The employees of our apartment are convenient and clean to live their lives by doing their duties hard. Our apartment has good traffic and surrounding environment. These are the reasons why I have lived in our apartment for 14 years.

they are renovating units which is nice, but it’s a lot when you do not have water 9am-5pm some days, or they’re drilling and hammering in your apartment all day while you try to work from home and your pet must be locked up while they work. They never have a scheduled time they’re coming either, just the day. Love the location. Happy I got a new washer/dryer because ones I moved in with weren’t cleaning clothes. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes. Something seems to break once a month, like two kitchen cabinet doors fell off, laundry closet door fell off, toilet leaking from the bottom, tiles in shower coming off the wall, sink water pressure is slow, shower water doesn’t get hot enough. Patio is only half screened and we get cats coming onto the patio. The list goes on. Maintenance does respond quickly. Staff is pretty friendly, but the condition of the unit doesn’t justify the rent price in my opinion. Not sure if I’m staying or moving at end of lease.

The interactive with management has been great. Management and maintenance have been very attentive to my request and concerns. I would recommend Lofton place to my family and friends.

Having an amazing experience so far! The move in went smooth and was simple. Over all I have zeros complains about the unit. The apartment is quiet and clean.

I have been here a long time and have loved it ever since I moved in. Everything is close by and even when I did not have a car I could walk to the stores.

I absolutely love this community. It’s only been a little over 3 weeks, but Lofton Place is the home for me and for a while to come. Peaceful, beautiful views, excellent team members and my neighbors so far are the sweetest! I’m happy and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I've been here for 3 years. I only have one complain regarding security. We need surveillance. unfortunately many people that do not live here has access to the amenities.

Definitely a love hate relationship. I love the scenery. My apartment is cute. But the prices have gone up and up every since I moved in. I would be fine with the price increases if the apartment was upgraded. However that is not the case. The water gets turned off often for broken pipes. Communication with the leasing office doesn't happen unless you go in person. If you email you probably won't get a reply. Not as great as it was when I first moved in 3 years ago.

Our apartment is quiet and convenient for transportation. Also, the neighbors are kind and friendly. Our apartment has a wonderful environment. All the staff at the apartment management office work hard for the occupants. This is why I love our apartment.

Great living here! Quite, amenities are great, and I have the best sunset views from my balcony. Close to all the great restaurants and the mall.

Love it here. Never had any problems with the office or other residents. Overall a really chill place to live. They made it super easy for me to get accepted and secure the unit I was looking at. But my fav part of the community is definitely the ducks

Just don’t. The whole place is gross. They don’t clean up. There has been construction and they don’t make the contractors clean up and they don’t do it so there is always dangerous debris like metal and nails around. They don’t care about maintaining anything.

Great location, park close by with big field. Nice pool area. Gym could use some updates. Aside from there always being roofing or water projects that shut off water periodically I love living here. Nice flooring. 4/5 rating

Office is very informative! Timely response and any questions are thoroughly answered! Leading process was also very smooth and stress free!

I lived here for over 5 years and couldn't wait to leave. On top of bug infestations, poorly maintained infrastructure, rude office staff, and rampant drug use I also got to deal with all day water outages and trash piles around the complex when they didn't pay the bill.

MY husband and I have only been here 2 weeks, but so far we love it here. Love the atmosphere and all the amenities and it is beautiful here. We just need to make friends

I’m so sad they’re raising the rent as much as they are. Been here for 2 years and planned on renewing but for rent to go up $300 is a hard change to accept. I would definitely suggest renting here. Everything is amazing. Can’t complain. Especially the maintenance men, they’re like family and they’re quick. 10/10 recommended always.

Move in has been a nightmare. I was given the wrong address on initial paperwork. My electric account was then wrong, renter’s insurance and mail keys also wrong. Furniture delivered to the wrong place. And no offer to help fix any of this.

I lease an apartment in March and since there my life is being a nightmare. Honestly, starting with the leasing office, they are rude and don't help you a bit, all the documentation is paper and you need to go there many times, and don't you dare arrive 20 minutes before closing, they will not let you in, and they don't open on weekends. Well, maintenance... I had a termite infestation in my apartment eating everything I had, they said it was termite season... and they just did something more than a month after. Well, the termites ate the wall, where my window is, and started to rain inside my apartment and it is rainy season. I opened a maintenance request 45 days ago, and nobody went to my room, asked for the video I made, anything. Well, good luck if ever consider living there.

I have been here for a year & 2 months and I have had no problems! I love it here. The neighborhood, the area, the gym, the pool, the office is super helpful & responsive! The maintenance? The best out of the 3 apartments I have lived in. Super quick and problem will get checked out next day. I renewed my lease for another year & might again. Rent is ridiculous everywhere so no complaining here with everything being included. 20/10 recommended.
