Nashville’s Riverfront neighborhood is an up-and-coming sector of Downtown with premier proximity to everything that makes Nashville the Music City. Residents of the Riverfront can enjoy Riverfront Park, offering five acres of waterfront city park that houses boat docks, a lively amphitheater, and the perfect place for some outdoor recreation while enjoying scenic views with the river on one side and historic storefronts in Downtown Nashville on the other.
Along with scenic views of Cumberland River, the Riverfront neighborhood is adjacent to First Tennessee Park, known for its minor league baseball games and exciting events. And on the other side of the stadium you’ll find Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, which tells the story of Tennessee’s history through monuments, placards, and fountains.
Though commuting is easy with proximity to Interstates 40 and 24, along with the Music City Star Riverfront Transit Station, there is plenty to see in the heart of Nashville itself.

Property Ratings at 160 2nd Ave
I still love the community. This is not normally the response I receive.
Love living at The Lofts and the convenience to everything downtown!
I love it here but would not recommend to someone who could not handle noisy neighbors. The walls are quite thin.
It is a great location and style. Only hesitation is the parking options and wish there were a small grilling area.
I think this is the best location ever, especially if you are thinking of being downtown, it is in the perfect spot!
I would definitely recommend to someone without a car, but many people I knew needed a parking space which was an added cost.
yes
The apartments are beautiful and fair priced according to value. There is a certain wow factor when a guest sees the atrium. I would not recommend the following: the rear of the building is often inaccessible, with neighbors blocking the door with portable toilets, garbage, or caution tape. Management could do more to advocate for people in the area to respect our space and our entrances.

Thank you for your review and feedback. I am sorry that you have experienced difficulty accessing the building from the 1st Avenue side. I know there was a time when nearby construction was frequently blocking the entrance/exit. We did address the issue each time we were notified and myself and the other staff members have not noticed this problem occur since the construction has been completed next door. If you experience this problem in the future, please notify me at 615.242.3777 or lofts160mgr@lincolnapts.com. Also, I am very pleased to hear that you love your apartment and the building atrium. Thank you for sharing your experience. And thank you for living at Lofts at 160! Jessica Tomlinson Business Manager Lofts at 160

Chris was awesome it communicating everything to me in a timely manner - very quick and efficient. So excited to begin my new journey at Lofts at 160!
I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is right in the heart of Nashville and is very well designed. I was very sad to say goodbye to it.
Great location in the heart of Nashville. The units are unique and to everything else in the area. Love the Lofts At 160!
I am working on a large project for which many people have moved to Nashville. There are constant requirements for accommodation close to the office, so I will certainly be recommending Lofts at 160.
Good value for the money. Unique apartments and excellent location
The floor plans are very well designed, it has the old building character and is in the heart of downtown. What's not to love?
