From the forest to the beach, enjoy Stratford's rich history, iconic eateries, and historical monuments, such as the American Shakespeare Festival Theatre, where Katharine Hepburn, James Earl Jones, and other well-known artists performed.
Just minutes from your apartment, step into one of the only national forests within a town or city. Hike, cross-country ski, and fish in this 401-acre wildlife sanctuary. If you prefer beach life to the forest, Stratford promises sandy action at two lovely beaches on the shores of Long Island Sound.
Local residents gather at Marnick's, a beachfront restaurant, for fresh seafood, or they meet up for breakfast at the classic Blue Sky Diner, around since 1963. Paradise Pizza on Main Street, another popular long-time eatery, welcomes a regular crowd day and night. Street and musical festivals offer entertainment from spring through fall.

335 Lofts Review I had the pleasure of living at 335 Lofts for two years, and it was a great experience overall. The management team was always responsive and quick to address any issues that came up, which made living here stress-free. The building is well-maintained, and the modern amenities really add to the convenience and comfort of everyday living. The location is perfect—close to everything yet still in a quiet, relaxed environment. I truly enjoyed my time at 335 Lofts and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live

We are so glad you enjoyed your time living at the Lofts at 335. We strive to keep our residents happy and our building clean and enjoyable!
Relatively good location. Clean and modern. I lived there for 3 years, and I would say the main thing is that they are very particular about some things and when it came time to move out, they were very particular about how clean the place had to be after moveout and even took money out of my security deposit even though there were no specifications about this in the lease

This property is extremely clean, very quiet and is equipped with great appliances. the property manager is awesome, she's very nice, helpful and does her best to ensure tenants are satisfied. love it here!
I just renewed for 2nd year and so happy living here! Immaculately clean building is maintained by full time caring team. Excellent quality appliances & uncomplicated floor plan makes life easy. Peaceful & very quiet, but also the neighbors I've met are friendly. Walk to a great diner, restaurants and a few shops on the street, 1 mile to charming town and big brand stores around the corner.
I’ve been in my Studio for over a year now. I signed on when construction was being completed and yes there was a one month delay due to the State Dept of Transportation redoing the intersection in front of the building, It was NOT the end of the world as someone else said, rent and contracts were prorated and the management was VERY upfront about it all. The building is very secure, as well as easy to locate. Residents are friendly and again the Management team is incredibly helpful and considerate. Would highly recommend, and have done so to several other now tenants.
In April 2019, we visited the Lofts at 335 for the first time (which claimed to be “available now”). After visiting the property one more time, we ended up signing a lease for a studio for 2 months rent as security deposit. The leasing agent "Ralph", and also the manager whom I talked to personally, were claiming that most of the units had already been rented out and confirmed several times on the phone and by email that the apartment will be ready before our move-in date. Even when I went to the studio one week before the official opening date to take some measurements, Ralph again reassured me that the building will be open without any delays. A few days before the official opening, we received an email saying that due to severe weather conditions, the building still lacks the certificate of occupancy making the move-in impossible. They told us that we can just move in our stuff. Seven days to move-in, we received another email that the elevator is not working. I asked if the problem will be solved within one week so we can move our stuff in easily and they replied there might be a delay for a few days for the building to open and we cannot even move in our stuff. I was shocked because I thought the building was already open. Our current lease had ended and we had to leave the previous apartment . Therefore, we had to stay at a hotel for a few days until they let us in the apartment. Meanwhile, I went to the building few times to see what’s going on. Initially they said that the apartment will be open in one week. Later, they sent me an email stating that the apartment will be open in two weeks! Then I received an email by the manager that the apartment will not be ready for at least a few more weeks. We were still living in a hotel room, and all of our stuff was in a storage. After calling them (they were not answering the phone) and emailing them several times, they reached back to us suggesting to do us a favor!!! "Since so many people are interested in these units", they can give us back our security deposit. This was apparently our only option back then. I am sure that I was not the only person who experienced this disaster, but I was lucky enough to find an apartment at that time considering the high season. My experience with the management at Loft 335 was dishonesty, improficiency, and irresponsibility. And these, in my opinion, makes the place not worth the time and price; no matter how much it is.
Property Manager at Lofts at 335, Responded To This Review
At the time you came in to look at the units, they were available to rent prior to completion of construction. Due to weather related delays for the Department of Transportation Road Improvement work, the building could not be occupied on the anticipated occupancy date. You claim that you called us, but we did not have a phone at the time. I believe I did my best to communicate every delay that was encountered and we cannot be blamed for weather related delays that were out of our control. We have very pleased tenants and we have been commended on our performance.
