Lofts at Forest Park

Halls smell like weed 24/7, apartments reek of cigarette smoke from residents smoking in the bldg and it coming through the duct work. Flooding, mold, filthy carpets, broken elevators, broken treadmills broken everything including door locks ie no security

Amenities are good. Very noisy neighbors that blare their music at all hours. Safe neighborhood with secure parking. Good location with many things to do.

Staff are very friendly and happy to answer/help with move in questions. Apartment and area has been nice so far and I’m enjoying my stay here.

Love it, super clean and everyone is nice here! The pool is smaller but is always warm and nice. Love the pool table we have in the lounge and the gym!

Friendly and welcoming. Really enjoy being around my neighbors and being able to learn more about the city of St.Louis. Seeing how I am new to the area I really enjoy being able to ask questions and finding different activities.

The cost of this apartment is great compared to the surrounding areas. Apartments are nice and spacious. The pool is a little small and neighbors can sometimes be loud, but either than that this is a great place to live. Staff here (especially Dre) is awesome

The move in process was great and went smoothly. Apartment was clean and as spacious as I remember. The amenities are nice, but the pool is pretty small.

Exceptional, attentive on-site staff. Great community to call home . Dog, Cat and pet friendly. Clean and well maintained property. Secure Parking.

The community seems great. The condition of the apartment when I moved in, not so much. Their were hairballs on the floor, the stove was dirty, and the kitchen and bathrooms are a little rough (chipped cabinets, scratched floors, stained shower and tub)

Process was fast from start to finish. I worked with Major he asked what my needs and wants were and tended to every one of them. The lofts are pretty and are in a central location.

I may be the resident who has lived here the longest. Not sure, but in the 8 years I have been here, I have been delighted at the quality of the staff that keeps our community running.

Great amenities, staff is awesome, maintenance crew is phenomenal. Location is centrally located and the monthly tenant functions are so much fun. Thanks to Dre, Major, Nae Nae and the supervisor of maintenance crew, you all are the BEST!P&DJ

The complex is clean and well kept. Love the Dog park and welcoming of your larger breed dogs. Also, the property is secure with with security at night and during special events. Love the resident functions and occasional on site appreciation events. Wonderful staff attentive staff.

I like staying here. The staff have always been pleasant helpful. I’ve never had any issues or problems that couldn’t be solved immediately. I can honestly say living here was a great experience. I am only moving due to me having to moving out of state.

Nice community with a lot of good amenities including tech such as remote door entry, package delivery boxes, app to request maintenance. Management is very responsive! "Loft" style bedrooms are not very noise-isolating and that may be a limitation for some families.

Management is friendly and welcoming. The community is quiet and modern.

Everything is being taken care of in an orderly fashion and management is great.

This building is well-constructed, well-managed, value-priced, and is convenient to a wide variety of local attractions. The residents are for the most part great people and we have found ways to connect (e.g., a dog play meetup group). The staff members you have are all stellar.

The special LOFT design might be a little bit confusing sometimes. But overall this is a great place to live in.

It is such a lively and lovely place. The apartments are just modern enough to be sleek and clean while also holding that loft style.

I have lived here more than four years and have no complaints. But then, I have a lovely space, a double patio, and the first parking spot closest to the garage elevator lobby. It's ideal for me.

Location, service, design, value-the one problem is trash around the property from residents who do not clean up after themselves or their dogs

Whatever it is we need done, it gets done right and quickly. The maintenance team are always a pleasure to work with.

The reason I would recommend this community is because I lived here once before and enjoyed living here and love being back at The Lofts at the Highlands. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous and that speaks volumes in my opinion. Thanks for hiring the best staff ever!

The Highland Lofts Community Manager was personally involved in assuring that our apartment was brought to acceptable standards! She not only kept involved and updated via phone calls and our welcomed visits to her office; but she made onsite visits to our apartment to lay eyes on the problems and progress involved with maintenance issues! We simply couldn't have asked for a warmer reception for answering our questions and concerns about the move-in state of our apartment! My younger sister and I must commend Ms. Dori Stanton for her extraordinary diplomacy and steadfast follow through in assuring that the maintenance work was planned, executed, & reported back to her!

The location is great. The view from our apartment is amazing.very relaxing and peaceful after a tiring day at work. Convenient to the grocery stores and places.

Friendly and responsive staff, very well-maintained. I had no real issues for the whole year I lived there (except for the coffee machine not working sometimes).

Loud neighbors. Thin walls and ceilings. You can hear everything that goes on around you.

This Midtown location is perfect for work and shopping. Arrick & Andreas were a Dynamic Duo sales team that sold us on the property with their energetic exuberance and youthful charm!

Maintenance issues have always been taken care of and handled to my satisfaction.

This apartment has everything you need, I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to live here.

I've viewed many apartments recently. Your leasing staff was the most positive and professional I've come across.

Staff was friendly and attentive, the apartment buildings seemed clean and well-kept, and the location is great. I was impressed by how quiet it was inside the apartment and the extra services that are offered (package retrieval, parking garage, coffee bar, etc.).

I would recommend Lofts at the Highlands to anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful place to live. When I first toured this property, peace & quiet wasn't at the top of my priority list. But it really stood out in my mind during the tour. And, of course, the amenities here are great, too. So far, living here has been FANTASTIC!

Except for the sewer smell that permeates the front of the hall on occasions. Otherwise would recommend the apartments

Staff is friendly and the facilities are great. The only down side is that I wish there was more within a walkable distance.

I will do it because every time I need a maintenance service , I get it very easy and right.

Quality maintenance is just one reason I would recommend this apartment community. The people are very good and friendly.

Out of all the apartment buildings I've ever lived in, this community has the best maintenance team.

Orlando is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is the ?difference maker? in the maintenance received at the Lofts.

There are lights out in the hallway, so use is difficult during emergencies; no signage, etc. Building is NOT handicapped friendly. During last fire drill by Fire Dept, I had to scoot down the stairs - seated. Couldn't take a chance falling without lights; or emergency lights, etc

Management/staff are outstanding, knowledgable, pleasant and very attentive. Maintenance goes above and beyond and exceeds in helping with any issues that arise. The Maintenance are on it and do an outstanding job!
