It was great so far. Good maintenance and good views from bedroom and patio. We are loving it. It has easy access to RTD station and Link app is great and easy to use.

For some reason they are not able to add our names to the package locker system. This appears to be confusing the delivery peronnel and we have had three items lost in the four weeks we have lived here. There is also an odd control issue with the key fobs here. My wife was issued a remote for the garage. I was issued a little grey fob. My wife does not always want to take the large remote when she goes out. The office will not issue us a second small fob insisting she take here large remote with her every time she goes out. I was told this was to ensure the large remotes do not get lost. This is actually raising the likeliehood of them getting lost more freqeuently. There were a few deferred maintenance issues when we moved in, but maintenance has quickly gotten them sorted out.

Parking can be a bit tight, but the convenience of elevator locations is nice. Our unit wasn't very clean on move-in, but given we do a deep clean regardless, it wasn't a huge issue. Great staff overall.

It's a real nice place with a nice neighborhood. The system the owners use is trash since there are double booked parking spots and parcel locker issues, but they work to fix the issues.

It’s an okay place to live. It’s really unfortunate that since I’ve lived here I haven’t ever been able to access the pool (I’m talking about in the summers obviously), the majority of the time no hot tub, the elevator is constantly down, not all exterior doors work with a key fob, and the garage doors are at some point or another broken

Very peaceful place to live along with great amenities. Staff is always very helpful and great with handling our package deliveries. The facility is always super clean!
Quiet, maintenance is amazing and timely, better than I have ever experienced.. clean and easy. Convenient area. I am overall very happy, however I wish the community and surrounding communities would have responsible dog owners, and pick up after them.
I just recently moved in here and I e had a wonderful experience since then. The staff here is great to work with and make things very easy and straightforward. The amenities and great and location is hard to beat!

This community is quiet and clean. Since the day I have moved in I have been grateful to call the lofts at Lincoln station my home.
The apartment is very nice and I loved it but management was horrible. I was double charged for rent and was told I could not get a refund. I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. I was charged for not paying my rent when I paid it a week earlier. These issues were resolved but who wants to deal with crap like this. I say run!!!!
I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It' in a great town, close to Denver, people are friendly and management and maintenance are always willing to help.
I loved living at the Lofts at Lincoln Station! It offered me what I wanted and needed, to be comfortable and safe. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone.
A great community if you are just existing in a distracting world. Park Meadows close by. Quiet community even with the busy streets nearby. Floors were thin... Could hear WALKING upstairs like it was stomping...but that's apartment living. My neighbors were all really good people with mutual respect for their fellow neighbors.
Great community, however the personnel is extremely unfriendly - the best way to to describe would be that they are like a DMV rep - only work there scheduled hours and will not go out of their way to help.
Good energy. Young vibrant people. Just a nice area.
