Property Ratings at Lofts at Lourie's
I moved here in May, and it has been a great experience! The maintenance staff is very friendly, and they respond quickly to any issues. It's probably the best location in all of downtown Columbia, as you are steps away from anything you could want to do! The apartments are very spacious and have gorgeous ceilings. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing, as I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do.

This place is top notch. First off, Brandi and the rest of the leasing office truly care about their tenants and do a great job. The apartment touring and move-in process couldn’t have gone smoother. I live in a 1-bedroom apartment at Lofts at Lourie’s. The apartment itself is beautiful with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light. But the location is even better. There are a million things to do right outside my front door. I was worried it might be too loud before I moved in, but it’s actually very quiet, so this wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, I’m very happy here and recommend anyone to come check this place out if they’re on the apartment hunt!

We are very glad to hear you are enjoying your stay. Thank you for your review.
I am a new resident at Lofts at Lourie's and am overall very pleased with this apartment. The apartments are clean and nicely designed, feeling both modern and homey. I love the location, right downtown, and especially because that these apartments sit atop Mast General store, a historic and upscale department store. I've had a couple issues with AC, but the landlords and maintenance people have been friendly and responsive and are fixing the issue. Also, I like that the leasing company is right down the street if I need anything. One of my favorite things about this apartment is the rear entrance and elevator and touchless key system. It makes these apartments feel like a cool, secret hideaway. Overall, I feel like these apartments are a hidden gem within the city.
