Would give 0 if I could. Have been living here for many years and the new property managers/company only care about new residents moving into "updated units" as so many other glowing reviews have stated. Our rent went up as expected but now that I am actually paying for trash, the dumpster progressively moves further into the street blocking visibility from parking spaces. So I'm paying more...for a progressively degrading quality of service? We were given zero updates to our unit or any additional amenities or improvement to the property as a whole...My stove light has been on for years and will never go off, my kitchen tiles have always been shattered and now lift up cutting our feet. Oh but they have dog treats in the office... Since they have come, the trash and broken glass around the dumpsters has increased and the vandalism of the property by kids has gone up. My stairs are regularly littered with trash, glass, and even the storm drain was torn down and what did the property manager/maintenance do? Laugh when my husband brought it up despite the fact that the most recent rain drenched the stairs and we slipped and hurt ourselves. They care nothing for the loyal tenants who remained after the management switched and routinely disregard or lie about correcting problems. While "the entire team at Willow Creek Apartments makes it their goal to provide the finest customer service each and every day as part of the LIVE IT! experience" this company is only prepared to do that for NEW tenants. The LIVE IT! experience has never once been mentioned to me or my husband. My maintenance request is still unanswered and I am told to dangerously investigate and record individuals who do wrong to the property (like that's EVER going to happen) instead of having a compassionate and diligent office staff that doesn't look down on those of us who didn't want to pay even more for a "new unit" to get treated with the same level of care as those who are coming fresh in here. It's ridiculous and I hope that my comment gets just as much of a response from the owners as all these fake ones. Fix the problems you have here and actually create an experience like your sister property Hawthorne at the Hall. They would never have a pothole literally at the entrance of their apartments like this one does. Shame on you for falsely advertising as a housing community that cares.
Its not the best...but its there. The office people are okay but i HATE THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE or when it comes to fixing stuff, They take there time or don’t come till the next day. Even in emergency situations they don’t answer & your forced to have a back up place to stay. Work on your maintenance people please! The apartments aren’t so bad just needs to be Remodeled. Somethings are just really old.
Great location for shopping, food, and freeway only 10-15 minutes away from downtown which is a plus.
I moved from out of state to this place for my first apartment in the area. I liked that it was privet a lot of woods and away from everything, but if you pull out of the parking lot you were less them 1/2 a mile from everything. I only had a couple of little issues why I was there but the staff took care of them pretty fast. were I use to live it would take about a month to get an issue taken care of with them it was the next day. The two girls in the office were so fun even to just pay rent. they were friendly and approachable. THANK YOU!!!!

I live in apartment that's a 1 bedroom they don't fix things when need to the maintenance man don't do the job when I had to stay my dad for a couple weeks cause they had a pipe that bust and it took a 3 week to fix it but I just want something bigger and better I pay 495 for rent so I want to know if u can help me get free rent or a better place
