Property Ratings at Lofts of Honey Creek
The Lofts of Honey Creek is such a beautiful, clean, fun place to live with THE BEST amenities. I was used to living in apartments and having the “typical” situation but at the Lofts, the moment I met the staff (esp the manager Brian), I knew that this was an amazing place to live! Brian went above and beyond in communicating the leasing information and finding the perfect place for us (The Lofts have many floor plans to choose from). The amenities are brand new and amazing as well with a poor, gym, community room, theater… and it was all included in the rent! Definitely recommend this apartment/community as it’s simply the best in the area and affordable as well!
These lofts are beautiful. But unfortunately management does not communicate at all. They don’t make any accommodations for bad situations or work to resolve issues with their tenants which leaves people feeling hopeless and wanting to move.
The property is maintained great! The on site manager is always available and responds promptly and appropriately.
We’ve been at the lofts for just over a year and have really enjoyed it. Great neighbors & great management. Repairs or needs have always been handled promptly. Easy to call this place home.
We toured with Penny & she was super sweet! We were very impressed with everything the lofts have to offer. The management works hard to make these places like home for their tenants. Thank you Penny for your hard work!
It becomes clear that on your second day that you move in here that you just aren't cared about. So much of this place is a mess both figuratively and literally. From the room layouts not making any sense to the lack of care to basic things such as regularly cleaning the hallways, you will be amazed at the lack of attention you will receive. If something is wrong (and when you move in you will easily find anywhere from 15-20+ things wrong), you have to bend over backwards and jump through hoops to get any kind of a response for your complaints. And if you can manage to get any response, not only will they only help out one issue at a time and won't even respond to any of your other problems regardless if you put everything in one message until the next day (if you're lucky) where you only will get one thing worked on the next day anyways, but the only help you will get is two inexperienced high school students who will come and most likely just make it worse resulting in you needing to again report that very same issue and essentially starting over. And to name just a few problems, vast amounts of chips and cracks in drawers, showers, and light switch panels, electrical outlets that aren't actually connected to any wires, wifi disconnecting for hours on end on a weekly basis for no reason that is extremely slow when it does work provided by a company that doesn't take any blame, anything that gets repaired or fixed is never truly fixed and just breaks soon after anyways, and of course the fact that they expect you to move your vehicles from the outdoor parking lot for cleaning without providing anywhere for you to temporarily move your car. It amazes me that the individuals in charge of this place keep finding new ways to showcase their negligence. It's almost impressive. Please, find somewhere else to live. If you want to live somewhere where basic amenities are provided, then don't stay here.
I went to visit the new Lofts of Honey Creek Apartments in East Troy at the open house today. I was surprisingly amazed and thoroughly impressed. These Brand New Madison or Milwaukee style apartments seem to emerge right out of a country corn field. It was unbelievable. And to live with barely any traffic in order to get on the freeway is icing on the cake. I met some of the staff at Teronomy and they were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I'm looking to move here soon after my lease is up in Greenfield. After my visit, I drove to downtown Milwaukee to and was there in less than 30 minutes and avoided the bumper to bumper traffic. How wonderful and great job!
Lost an apartment because of an inconsistency in credit rating. No one would discuss with me. Took 2 weeks to apply. Leasing too busy to speak with me. The customer?????
