I signed my lease December 15th , the roof in my living room started leaking December 17th. My roof leaked for 6 months after multiple trips to the office of being asked to move units or just fix the problem they finally come and patch things up. The roof started leaking again not even a full month later. These people just want money they don’t care about your living conditions AT ALL. On top of the roaches the apartment comes with , it is just not worth the waste of money. I would never recommend anyone to move here.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve lived! BH Management doesn’t care if something in your apartment is broken like your air conditioner in the summer heat over 100* they took over 2 weeks to fix it only providing a little cooling unit that provides cool air for one room. This new management BH, doesn’t care about anything, according to my experience and my neighbors having the same experience of BH management not addressing any problems going wrong in our apartments in a timely manner. Constantly ignoring our phone calls and making excuses for not fixing the problems. People run from this place! Unless you to live in dumpster hole with sketchy people!!

I lived in this complex for almost a year. They never would fix my lease. My kid missed an entire year of school because it took them 5 months to get her on the lease. Nothing in the apartment ever works. Lived with a stove that was incomplete for6 months. I had to hire my own plumber to fix the bath tub. The utility room ceiling was leaking. one of my wall plugs burnt part of the wall. my sink in the kitchen had a huge hole in the back. I was not even moved into the apartment I was suppose to be in. I requested the first floor for health reasons. They put me on the 3rd floor! with a broken knee!!!!! I would place a work order, now mind you I had my kid at home because I couldn't get her enrolled in school. So I had to take off work for work orders because of my kid and I missed work 4 times and they never showed up. Single mom here missing work hurt me financially, and still nothing ever got fixed. I went into the hospital got evicted!! and lost everything I owned!!! I ultimately hate this place!!!!! They are a joke!! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care about you!!

This place is horrible. My husband and I were absent from our apartment for two weeks due to a family member being sick , and on our last day to move out we came back to get our big stuff and our apartment was unlocked and broken into . The police officer even said someone looked like they were squatting . The new management handled it poorly and is now trying to hold us responsible for damages we didn’t cause . They are rude people and there are always cops there when the cop came he told us good thing we were moving out .

We have lived in this cesspool for a little over a year and whoah boy, it's something. It is 4th of July weekend and the pool looks like an inviting place to get flesh eating bacteria. The gunfire every other night is especially delightful. I would probably give this 5 stars if I were a raccoon because I would have an endless buffet of garbage to feed on as most residents don't seem to bother with taking their trash to the dumpster. It's far more convenient to just throw it on the ground. If you don't like company this is a great choice because nobody will ever want to come visit you here.

We do offer courtesy patrol, they can be reached by calling the office at 817-346-4864 and following the prompts, please call 911 if there is an emergency but report any concern to our courtesy team to help us mitigate issues that happen on the actually property.Our maintenance team takes pride in ensuring they clean our grounds thoroughly every day. This is definitely a team effort and requires residents to do their part as well. On the outside he's apartments look nice. While you are signing your lease and looking at an apartment the management is nice. That all changes once you have signed release you get no responses from the management there is little turnaround for any maintenance request, and worst of all they will milk you for every cent you have. Do not move here ever unless you like gunshots going off all night, we're cockroaches in your kitchen, or maybe you just left the gangsters in the parking lot who are selling who knows what.

Some of the residents play their "music" way too loud and even late at night. I've called the police four times in one month. When things are broken, they don't get fixed. The rent has been raised by $89 a month already because the owner has decided that we all need to pay for internet and cable TV that they are forcing on us, and we've only just moved in here. Some residents throw their cigarette butts on the ground and on the sidewalks wherever they want and don't care how the property looks. The dumpsters are all the way at the back of the property. The door on the slot for the outgoing mail is broken, and anybody can open it and steal everything that's in there.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! If you have any other possible option, maybe even a van down by the river, then live there instead. MANAGEMENT: Lofts on Hulen are absolute thieves. It comes from corporate. They are not helpful and take their sweet time to get any maintenance done. They do not warn you or provide notice if there will be an outage. They even went into my apartment when I was not there without any warning ahead of time. Their RENT DUE DATE CHANGES MONTH TO MONTH and if you do not have autopay setup, get ready to pay fines. RESIDENTS: There is NOISE at all times of the night. People playing loud music. It is impossible for any Professional to sleep and go to work. When I complained, their response was just to call the cops or try to work it out myself with the neighbors down the street instead of management trying to work it out with the people residing there. THEY HAVE A SECURITY GUARD that would not even ask the neighbors to keep it down at when the music went past midnight. They were NOT HELPFUL at all. I noticed this in the first week and I asked them if I could get out of my contract because I have a very demanding job and I need proper rest, they told me I would have to pay 3 months of rent and find another tenant! I knew it was downhill from there. I had to sleep with earplugs in every night. I am not bitter or just want to provide a negative review I am just stating the facts. If you dont believe me live there and you will be posting similar messages afterwards. Factoring how much my rent was and how unhelpful management is THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND I WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS I COULD PROVIDE THEM. Pay more money but live elsewhere! Because in the end the price will end up being the same but atleast you will have peace of mind.
Do NOT move here! SO DISGUESTION. Bugs everywhere, neighbors are gross and bad area! I lived there for less than a month and I had to move because it was that bad... not to mention the pool was closed because it didn't pass inspection. I had to bite the bullet and it went on my credit, still rather that than live there for one more day. Would rate 0 if I could. Just writing this review to save some of you, they are cheap for a reason!
Don't move in. They charge you for amenities that never work. For the past 3 summers the pool hasnt worked. every year same thing. "The pool needs work".... . How about you fix it right the first time. So you don't ever get to use the pool. The washers as dryers half the time done work. Instead of fixing the apt amenities they want too asd new paint. Charge us extra because the balconies aren't safe and they have to tear them out. THIS place is a joke. Then the security we had...... well haven't seen them. It's nor a safe apt complex.
You better check on pictures and what it really looks like, don't park in the parking lot without tags or you'll get towed even though you're a resident
I recently moved from the Lofts on Hulen and it was pretty close to one of the worst apartment complexes I've lived at. When I moved in the apartment was dirty, there were roaches and there was a rat in my apartment. Tip: whenever an apartment says the charge for pest control in your monthly bill - it means they have a roach problem. There were 2 leaks in my apartment which too them over 6 months to repair and when I came back from an overseas trip the paint had peeled off the ceiling from the original leak. Its a gated community except the front gate doesn't work and is open 24/7. 1 month after I moved in the pool was closed for cleaning for 8 months... but the grounds crew continued to clean it to keep up appearances.They didn't reopen it until I complained to management. Over all they are cheap apartments but it would be best if you pay more for less of a headache. Management is lazy and you have to contact them multiple times before anything gets done.
I've been at the Lofts since December.. I would say they are your average apartments. Pros :Service request were answered in a timely fashion and the office had a great crew. Cons : The dumpster is all the way in the back of the apartments. there are three speed bumps back to back in the main entrance. I can say that I enjoyed my stay.
These apartments are great for a starter apartment. Pricing is reasonable and they are near a lot of restaurants, a movie theater, and a mall. It has a tennis court, a work out center, a pool. My apartment overlooks the pond, so it feels like we have our own private get-away.

I have live in these apartments for about 2 months now. Its a pretty nice place. the people are all nice and friendly. The staff at the front office are very nice and will work with you. the maintenance will come when u file a request with in a day or two. Not to mention there is every different age and race here. when you walk around the building you will find a huge pool, a nice work out facility, and even a party house u can rent out!!! I have had some problems with ants on my patio but sprayed them and now its good. The wall outlets are all loose because its a older complex's. Over all I like my home and wont mind sticking out my lease. The best part is that everything is less than 2 miles away. mall, all kinds of food and retail store.
Within the first month of my living at this complex my car was towed by mistake and the complex wouldn't cover the cost to get it out for me even though it was their mistake. I'm almost positive that the department of health would have a fit with all the trash that seems to just hang out here. Monday morning everything is cleaned up but there is no maintenance. By Sunday we knight as well live at the dump. We are in one of the hottest summers since 2011 and the pool had been open a whole week this summer. Mind you it didn't open until mid June and was closed for business before July 4th. I'm pretty sure I'm paying to have a pool but I don't get to use it. There is also a gym here....sorta. The weight machines have been broken for over 6 months now and the cardio machines are a hit or miss. On a plus side, it is close to everything being right off Hulen. I-20 is right down the street which makes getting every easy:
