I have been calling to rent an apartment for about a month and leaving messages for someone to call me back. Terrible service.

Seeing Is Believing

I've been here for 3 months now and upon moving in there was roaches but outside pest control came in and now nothing. I give it 4 stars because if the playground had a covering it would be a perfect 5 stars, it's too hot for kids to go on the playground with everything being scorching hot. Office manager is awesome, she just doesn't tolerate bullshit but she works with you and cares about everything being ok inside the apartment and she just doesn't get recognized for all she does, it's those who have high maintenance expectations that complain but complex is well gated, even barbed wire on back wall, you can only get in with a card and there's an elevator and apartments are huge inside. Neighborhood sucks but other than that it's awesome and Machelle rocks!

Lady in office

I went in there like 2 months ago to apply for rent,she looked at my pay stubs and said I would be making to much to get approved. I think different, and when the end of the year comes around I will show her that I made under the quota that you have to make to live there and you talk about a lady that has no respect that's her.

Rude manager

I just called to ask a couple question about their listing on apartments.com .I had tried calling for the past couple days. I finally got though today and the rude person i spoke with claimed to speak with me yesterday and i know for a fact i had not spoke with any from their complex. she then refused to answer any of my question and when i ask for her name she hung up on me. when i called back i got sent right to voicemail. I do not know how you plan on rent out unit when you either don"t answer the phone or when you do answer you refuse to speak to them

no one was there on the office hours. lady in there came in at 4pm and acted like im disturbing her from her work and very limited info despite knowing i waited on her

Extremely RUDE!!!!

The lady in the front office was very rude and unwelcoming when I walked in. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her and she acted as though I was disrupting whatever she was doing before I came in.

Heaven is Comfort

After moving all over the valley for the past 34 years I have finally found a complex that lives up to its name The Lofts @ 10 all of the modern amenities that makes a place comfortable or should I say like living in heaven.Good and respectful tenants and managers that solve problems is what make a person speak so highly and so far they have not proved me to be wrong.David James

Great Living Quarters

Great living place, and they base rent off income. Nice playground for the kids, and a clean and spacious pool as well as a bbq area, also they have a basketball court in case you wanted to work on your jump shot, Manager are real friendly and understanding when it come to renting. And it is all inside so it is protected with cameras and you have to have a key card to get inside the building so it is safe.
