It was a good choice living here, the place is really close from campus and it has three tiger stops nearby in case you need them. amenities are great as well and havent got any issue from the apartment

I havelived at Logan Square for almost two years. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maitanence is always respectful and timely when we need it. The pool and basketball court are very good quality. Thy gym is a little small, but still good quality for what it has. The management are always super nice, friendly, and helpful. They are also really good about communication. They send out texts and Im always updated. But I think that my favorite part of living here has been the treats and giveaways that the office has like free pizza, free doughnuts, free chic-fil-a, etc. I think that this level of commitment to your residents sets them apart from other complexes around Auburn.

I enjoy living here because it is so close to the school on tiger transit. The office also often has free food and drinks. And if there are any issues with the apartment their staff is always quick to fix it!

Ive had a good first year here. When we first moved in, we had a couple mechanical issues in the apartment that maintenance was able to fix. Overall a good first year at Logan square!

This is my 3rd year living at logan square and it was been amazing! Not only is the location great and walking distance to just about anywhere near campus, but the staff and the fun activities they do during the week is always to much fun!! The amenities are great and the pool is such a fun get together spot with you friends in the warmer months!!!

Good student housing. Spacious apartments, two bus stops perfect for class, close enough to walk to any basketball games, great for pets, quick maintenance, and the front always has fun events. I love to read on the deck and it is great for people who like to host little gatherings because it has great parking. Living here another year because of how much I like it.

Logan Square is a great place to live while in college. My roommates and I have been here for 3 years and will be living here for our final year of college. The office team is always nice and always has something going on whether it's a pizza party, coffee, or donuts. The maintenance crew is very quick and always very willing to fix any request we submit. Z

we have had a lot of issues, and I mean a lot and some of them are pretty serious concerning safety and health. The maintenance is pretty quick to fix them but some of the quick fixes have not lasted as long as they need to.

Whenever I call maintenance they fix the issue the next day. Regardless of how big or little.

Logan Square was a great place to live for my first 2 years in graduate school here. Only about a mile walk to campus with some nice amenities. My only concerns for my time here were that my deck needed fixing and the WiFi was really bad, but both of things are being /have been addressed! The maintainence staff is very quick to fulfill work orders.

it's been one problem after another living at this complex. the most recent issue is that they managed to find an even worse Wi-Fi provider than they did before and even though the price of Wi-Fi is included in the ever rising price of rent, it's on residents to try and fix the issues that we're having. maintenance has always been terrible and never respectful - hardly giving a 5-minute warning before they enter. good luck trying to use the pool or gym - it's always inhabited by drunk frat rats.

Hi as you have posted this anonymously we can not reach out to you directly. We actually have not changed a wifi provider at all or changed the wifi being pushed out to the residents. It is not up to residents to fix their issues with wifi it is up to the residents to call and report issues to our new wifi support company. Maintenance follows protocols when entering apartments when residents have given permission with the work orders. And we hate to hear you can not enjoy the pool with other residents regardless of their affiliation if you feel they are not abiding by the rules posted by the pool and gym you can always call the on-site courtesy officer.
Logan Square is a great complex it has spacious apartments, walking distance to so many things in Auburn! They have great amenities & features! It is not about living in an apartment, events are thrown weekly to enjoy what all is offered. The gym, tanning bed, pool and free parking are definitely a plus too! Logan Square is about the whole experience for its residents which I love
