Property Ratings at Loma Village Apartments
Management is more interested in charging you then supporting you in an over priced apartment. Don’t let the sleight of hand technique on photos of the interior-only take away from the army of homeless who loot patios and vehicles of which hang out steps from the exterior property line. Little efforts for security or safety lighting.
The staff are extremely unreasonable and clearly interested solely in having 0 vacancies. They take advantage of the lack of vacancies in Point Loma to give no consideration to customers. I applied there and I was extremely clear that my current lease was not coming up for three weeks and that was my desired move in date. Imagine my surprise when they decide that, no, what I actually meant was less than a week in the future. That's basically demanding that people either wait til literally the last minute to find a place to live or they pay two rents for several weeks. But, I was willing to do that since there are no other options in the area. Then, they decided I needed to provide a cashier's check as a holding fee, in person, despite quite clearly having no issue accepting digital payment for the application fee. This is late Saturday. What's not open on Sunday? Banks, that's what. So, after asking them politely to wait until I get off work on Monday, they decide to give the apartment away Do these seem like the kind of people that will approach any issue that comes up with stellar customer service?
