The University Park neighborhood is on the east shore of the Willamette River. It got its name because of its proximity to the former campus of Portland University – now the private institution of the University of Portland.
Two recreational parks make up this community, and residents are comforted by the selection of coffee shops and restaurants along Lombard Street. Across the river is where you’ll find Forest Park, a 5,000+ acre scenic paradise with over thirty miles of trails. Downtown Portland attractions and the international airport are just minutes away from this urban community.

Property Ratings at Lombard
Upon moving in if you ask about internet you are told to contact century link. Turns out the building is still not wired up for service. Tenenats have gone as long as 4 weeks with no internet service. If you have no need for internet and your ability to work is not affected by internet access don't worry about it... get a dvd player. Otherwise avoid being held hostage to a lease that was signed under wrongful information from the leasing agent. Get it in writing get a lawyer better yet keep your money. Namaste Russell
Property Manager at Lombard, Responded To This Review
Hi Russell, The lack of internet at our Lombard building was an inconvenience for all residents. The issue has been resolved. To elaborate and clarify: we had everything ready to go for the opening, however something was missed on Century Links end in their processes which resulted in them not being able to provide internet for the building. This is something that ekoliving had no control over but as soon as it was brought to our attention we contacted Century Link to get it taken care of. In terms of you specifically being affected by it, we attempted to collaborate on solutions with you. We offered a credit for a temporary hotspot setup until wifi was available but you were not interested in that. We’re sorry to hear that this inconvenience has lead to you feeling like you were held hostage in your lease. If you’d like to further discuss this please contact us by email or by phone.
