Property Ratings at Lombardi Apartments
The apartments are incredibly specious with nice appliances and floors. Maintenance is very quick to respond. No problems with paying rent. The Bad: The exterior is rundown looking. There's no janitorial crew so everything is dirty. To the point where I've seen tenants resort to leaving Please Clean notes in the stairwells. It's super close to the freeway so even with windows closed you will always hear the sound of it. The worst is the parking lot though. I've had my car hit twice. It's been keyed. I have my spot taken repeatedly. People park wherever they feel like making a parking spot including right smack in the middle of the driveway/aisle. Management has no control over it and I've spent over $1000 in damage repairs to my vehicle. I would not recommend someone who cares about their property move here.
The apartment building is old but in very good condition.Ther is a pool that my kids loved which is heated and clean which i loved.The managers are amazing they processed all request very fast.

I recently moved from NY to LA and my apt is one of the best choice I made so far. clean, quite, good neighbors, very centrally located near tons of businesses.
Rent control discounts make this apartment building more affordable than anything else you'll find in Woodland Hills. All the benefits of living in a comfortable, safe, affluent area in San Fernando Valley, without the uncomfortable price tag that usually comes with. Built in 1962, there are some concessions for residing in an older building. But massive renovations and upgrades to keep the interiors and amenities modern make up for it. Plus two pools, jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, recreation room, and secure parking.
Lombardi Apartments has a location that is hard to beat for the valley. Across the street is a lovely park that offers movie nights, free concerts in the summer and a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show. Within walking distance are Dining, Shopping, Movie Theatre, etc. The staff at Lombardi are very knowledgeable and are very responsive when it comes to needs. Beautiful new landscaping outside and in the courtyard. Neighbors are friendly and respect each other. Units are completely spacious and upgraded. The pool area is its own oasis. Come take a look at the apartments. You won't be disappointed.

Secondary building needs some love but the amenities are nice. No guest\limited street parking is problematic. Price is a little high.
Very quiet neighborhood. In walking distance of Westfield Mall and soon to be "The Village". Very nice and well maintained building with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Apartments are more spacious than the other buildings I used to rent.

Love this building. There are two swimming pools, a jacuzzi,sauna and gym and barbecue pits. It is a nice quiet building and tenants respect each other. Deana and Vicky are our building managers, and they are always there when you need them. Earnie the maintenance worker is amazing and can fix everything. The building is accessed via secured entry and it's nice to know that you need to be a resident to enter. The area is great and we are right by the park which, during the summer, hosts free concerts and movies for children. It is also near Topanga Mall and Sprouts, Ralphs, Starbucks and more are within walking distance. Overall a lovely building and nice area!

I absolutely LOVE Lombardi Apartments! The sense of community, the management, and the grounds are awesome and VERY conveniently located. I could not ask for more in an apartment.
The apartments are newly renovated. Natural stone counter tops, easy care carpets or hardwood floors throughout. Nice tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Large, large apartments good size patios\balconies. The 3 bedroom apartments are 1600 sq feet!!!! Lots of closets. Pluses in addition to the above there are 2 pools, a spa, sauna and a gym. There is a room that you can rent for parties. Storage available above your parking space. Close to transportation. Minuses The parking spaces are small. If you are on the third floor it is hot hot hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
The apartments are very spacious and have quality upgrades inside. The outside is a bit rundown looking and the stairwells need a makeover asap. Maintenance is quick to respond. Absolutely no guest parking anywhere. There is a fitness room, two pools and two laundry rooms so no waiting anytime!
If you are looking for a well-landscaped, convenently located, and pleasantly quiet apartment complex, then Lombardi WH is probably a perfect fit. The commodities - pool, gym, laundry rooms, - make life more convenient with easy access and availability. Initially, I was concerned that its proximity to the 101 freeway would produce a high volume of unnecessary noise on a daily basis. On the contrary, the structure of the building blocks the noise and creates a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and are active to communicate any changes, modifications, and projects occuring on site. I would highly recommend this location to any prospective tenant.

I've been living at Lombardi for nearly two years now. So far, it has been a pleasant experience overall. We were so happy the first year that we moved from a one bedroom place to a two bedroom place in the same complex. Apartments at Lombardi are considerably larger than other similarly priced apartments in the area, which was the primary reason we moved here. The managers, Vicki and Deana, are nice people and always open to suggestions. They tirelessly listen to any of your worries or complaints, and take actions to make things better for you. The complex itself is peaceful and has good amenities. It is clean and well maintained. The gym could be better, but it's not a deal breaker. In short, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Woodland Hills.
The Lombardi Apartments are the located better than any other building; right near the 101 and centrally located in Woodland Hills. Aside from location, it is comparably priced to other buildings however, these units are substantially larger and WAY nicer than the others! Well worth every penny!

The staff is very cordial and responsive. My maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. They are normally repaired the next day or within to days which is quite reasonable for the size of the complex. The grounds are well kept and clean. The interior halls are cleaned daily by cleaning woman. The landscaping has been updated as well as the signs. I give the grounds and interior and A. The best part is the online pictures looked exactly like the apartment...no Photoshop!!!!
