We have been nothing but frustrated living at London House Apartments since March of 2018. The first issue that we ran into was that we were given the bait and switch regarding our apartment. The apartment we ended up with did not resemble the model one bit to the point that we do not have a closet in our master room. That was a minor issue that we were easily able to adapt to. However, we very quickly started experiencing more invasive issues in our apartment that continued to be put off. Both the master and guest toilets were not flushing properly. I made several requests for them to come fix the issue, but it wasn’t until we couldn’t use either toilet at all that the toilets were replaced (and found to be clogged with a travel size bottle of shampoo and a toothpaste container from the previous resident). The heating and cooling unit in our apartment would shake the entire apartment. Although significantly less noisy than it was, this issue (that was present upon move in) still has not been completely resolved. Here are some health and safety issues that have occurred: - Condensation line flooded the entire hallway (with a mobile infant in the home. Emergency maintenance would not answer after multiple calls) - Overgrowth of “organic substance” in master shower that has never been disclosed to us what it was (excessive scrubbing with bleach would not help the issue) - Termite infestation in the nursery/2nd bedroom - Failure to address insect and rodent issues (an outside pest control company services the complex, but even when office staff is told there is an issue, pest control never shows up to address it unless it is during your rotation) - Tack strips had multiple sharp spots that caused cuts when stepped on (we always hammered down the spots we stepped on) - Exterior damage (essentially cracks and holes) that allow in drafts- our infant daughters room was dropping under 60 degrees with our heater running nonstop - Leak from upstairs neighbor’s bathroom into our hall bathroom (into bathtub onto our kid’s toys and bathmat) - Living at London House Apartments has continued to prove itself to be a health and safety issue to my family and myself. I look forward to the moment in which I no longer have to live here and worry about what the next issue is going to be and how long it will take for it to be resolved.

This apartment complex was by far the worst I have ever lived in. The biggest problem was that our roof leaked for almost the entire 2 years that we lived there and all over the apartment. Management changed multiple times and staff turnover was terrible. I don't think I ever saw anyone more than once except for the GM (Melinda? Melissa?) who was always rude, short, and didn't seem to care at all. This apartment will try to sell its self by saying "we own and manage our properties which means we care more about them". That's an absolute lie. They don't fix major problems and then take months to respond to you, if at all. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

I appreciate the the office manager and staff. They are friendly and attentive. The pool is amazing and the apartments are well maintained. The rental prices are very competitive compared to other properties. London House goes above and beyond as far as resident events, gym, pool area and being pet friendly.

The resident events as super fun. we just had wine down Wednesday with wine and cheese!!! They had a pool party, welcome wagon to give kids school supplies and you're welcome to stop in the office for a game of pool and a cup of coffee. it was kid friendly with games and coloring sheets for the kids, & everyone was welcome.The manager is very friendly and will definately help you when as issure arises. My one of my toilets wasn't working properly, it was fixed the next day. The pool and gym are very nive to have,

The Manger Melanie is friendly, has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The maintaince and house keeping staff are very helpful, and try to go above and beyond. The apartments are well maintain, along with the pool and gym.

It’s crazy they cashed my money order in 3 days, sent an email to write a review within a week or so, but couldn’t find time to actually get my file processed timely. They solicit for good reviews so do your due diligence in researching. They are very slow with processing which will make it impossible for you to give proper notice to your current landlord. Lots of excuses and no follow through on keeping their word.

Slow processing and lack of follow through. I paid an application fee 03/31/2018 and 05/02/2018 is the first time they have reached out to me when my original move date was 05/16/2018. They made it impossible for me to give my current landlord proper notice and I have also let other opportunities slip by waiting for them to follow through. I have communicated with them on several occasions about the time sensitivity and was promised they would finish things up timely which never happened. At some point whether you’re new or not you have to keep your word and that did not happen. Wasted time, wasted money, and setback on moving because I had to continue my search. The property itself is lovely and the staff is nice but those things go out the window when you can’t get things done. If you have two or three months and money to waste on application fees this may be an option but if you need timely responses you’ll need to continue your search.

London House puts together consistent events that have great themes. There are always lots of residents and good food.
Right away, London house had worked above and beyond to meet our renting needs. Amanda in the leasing office was quick to assist us with every detail from finding the right unit, to helping us set up utilities, and making us feel at home. The two bedroom unit is spacious, and although we had an issue with the AC and a stain on the carpet when we moved in, their 24hr maintenance came by and quickly resolved the issue with th AC and a carpet cleaner was notified within the hour to deep clean without a hitch. Overall, the community is nice, rent is reasonable and I would recommended this complex to others giving them 4/5 stars due to the minor issues at move in with the appliances themselves.
I have lived in London house for 2 years this October. These apartments are in a good location close to shopping areas. They have an amazing maintenance staff! They respond to problems in a timely manor and generaly can take care of the issue. They have lots of social activities to get to know your neghibors. 24 hour gym with tanning bed. Unfortunately no laundry Matt on the premises but washer and dryer hook up in each apartment. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking!
