Canton’s most recognizable landmark is the Pro Football Hall of Fame, a shrine to the legends of the game and one of the state’s biggest tourism destinations. The annual Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival is the city’s flagship community event, featuring a parade, cook-offs, a hot air balloon festival, and the inter-league exhibition game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
The Canton Arts District has grown into one of the city’s signature attractions, a popular section of Downtown full of studios, galleries, and performance venues. The growth of the Arts District has also spurred renewed interest in Downtown, which has seen a new crop of restaurants, coffeehouses, bars, and breweries appear in recent years.

Property Ratings at London Square Apartments
They never fix anything when you submit a request. The plumbing will back up constantly. Old and outdated apartments. Overpriced and the management switches yearly so you never know who to complain too. Just don't live here you'll regret it.
Had a very poor experience with them. They are unprofessional and lack integrity. We complained several times and they did not take care of the issue, instead we were lied to and wronged. We just wanted them to do the right thing, but that was not done. Would not recommend London square based on how poorly we were treated.
Very poor management. Do not take care of problems when given to them. They allow people to violate their lease and do nothing about it. They lie and judge people. They are very unprofessional when dealing with people. They have very poor customer service skills. Had a very poor experience with them. Would definitely not recommend living there. We were treated very poorly.
The grounds at London Square are beautiful, but the apartments are sub-par. They are not worth the amount of rent. They probably had their prime when they were built, but now they're just old. It is a quiet development. The utilities are expensive, I believe, because the furnace and utilities are not efficient. I paid over $100 a month for electric for an 800 sq ft apartment. I moved and now I pay $30 for electric a month. I pay less now for my gas and electric combined than I paid for electric alone at London Square. Maintenance is terrible. They are slow to respond and often required I call them a number of times. The one time they responded in a day was when there was a plumbing issue. After a year of being there, they still hadn't responded to a request I put in when I moved in. There are better places to live. Also, the apt. I had was dark, not much natural light.
Complex is quiet and clean but price is on the higher side of other apartments in area. Make sure to inquire about the electric usage before signing. I only stay in the apt. 4 days a week -1 bedroom 900sq ft- and turn off the AC when not here and it uses as much electricity as my 3700 sq ft 4 bedroom house. Even after AC unit being serviced twice.
Rent is on the medium to high side, but actually pretty decent for the location--convenient to shopping and away from high crime areas. Apartments are spacious and clean. I love the exposed beam ceiling and brick wall! Noise level from adjoining apartments is minimal. Amenities include a functional, fully applianced kitchen, a commumity pool and gas, water and cable are included in the rent. One covered parking spot is also included with plenty of extra parking available. Management is friendly and accommodating and maintenance is typically fairly quite to address issues. All in all a very decent apartment for the price.
DeVille Apartments London Square Apartments are well maintained and CLEAN! Basic cable and gas heat are FREE and the allow ALL friendly dogs! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful...it's hard to believe that you are living right in a city! Anything your heart desires from groceries to frozen yogurt are within walking distance. The office staff, Jennifer, Laurie, and David, are very friendly, are willing to answer any questions, get repairs done FAST! I have lived in a townhome for two years and was looking to downsize. I did not hesitate to stay at London Square and will be moving into an apartment soon!
