Beloved for its proximity to both the Jersey Shore and New York City, the central region of Middlesex County sits about 40 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan. Nearby New Brunswick, home to Rutgers University, provides access to a rich, local arts and culture hub. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a quiet, suburban setting not far removed from nearby entertainment and amenities. Mid- and low-rise apartment communities in the northern section of the neighborhood give way to more single-family homes fit for a variety of renters. Interstate 95 and a host of other thoroughfares make commuting around the area a breeze.

Property Ratings at London Terrace
DISGUSTING! 0 stars. Moved in to what looked like a beautiful new apartment to be met with a number of filthy issues. The first week our basement toilet exploded (we never used it) and it took two days for someone to come fix and clean it. Our basement closet also flooded a number of times causing things we had in storage to be ruined. One day (still first week of moving in) i was enjoying my basement we over pay for and was met with a giant roach, time and time again we were met with the giant roaches , so we complained and they sent an exterminator, we were told that he wasn’t able to make it and they’d reschedule and then the next day they showed up unannounced and we were not prepared to leave the house because we have a baby. So we rescheduled and the. They never showed, when they finally did the exterminator came in, asked the size of the bug and said “its a water bug, cant do anything about it the building is old they just come in” and left. Well we took it upon ourselves to spray and still these bugs come in. Upstairs in the kitchen as of lately are true german cockroaches. Ive killed 4 this week and babies are all over, i have two sons, a newborn and a toddler and it absolutely disgusts me to have these things around their dishes and our home. Its a health hazard that these apartments care less about. It makes me sick knowing that i have to cook and bring food into a home that has a roach problem. Once again we have to try to correct the issue ourselves. My last apartment fixed issues no problem, here we have to beg. When we went on a family walk there was a deceased rat on the ground which only worries me for the winter here and what to expect that will come into my home. My son plays outside on the balcony (hes a toddler) and has toy cars outside he plays with, toys, and was playing outside earlier and we were running late to a dr visit so i didnt have the chance to clean yet and maintenance just waited by their car for me to leave to try to fine me $55 for the “mess”. Last time i complained about the roaches they also attempted to fine me for wind chimes…when ive seen several other balconies with them. It seems every time we have an issue they hit back with a “violation”. A maintenance worker showed up the other day saying he was here to fix our toilet that was backed up…that order was requested in APRIL, its now September! I understand its a busy apartment complex with many buildings, but we over pay to be met with all these issues. We have sp
Very old and bad apartments without laundry, you can hear everything from outside
management refuses to actually help y9ou maintain the apartment / they will charge you for anyting from paint to new carpet etc / use to be a great place but management is now just greedy / apartments are spaciousbut def a problem with roaches and bugs

Please, if you’re thinking about moving here DON’T. This place is infested with roaches and flying roaches. It’s absolutely disgusting.
Just don’t live here Apartments are filthy Neighborhood is terrible Had my car broken into 4 times in the one year i was there
This apartment complex is filthy, inside and out. It is like living in a third world country. They do not care who they rent too. They take no pride in there complex or the town it resides in. All I can say is stay away. They should be ashamed!!!
Property Manager at London Terrace, Responded To This Review
Dear Resident, Please email us your contact information at residentservice@gardenhomes.com so we may speak with you. Without a name we are unable to locate you in our data base. We look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, London Terrace Management
I am not sure if my reviews will stay up since LT management can pay them and have the real comments removed. Let's remember that this is also a business. Stay away from this place. The entire area of LT and Parkwood is infested with deadly mice, roaches, spiders, and etc. Management is no help because they will send a super at your apartment and he will take pictures of every corner, such as you all the rooms, all the closets, your clothes, your food, kitchen, your pots and whatever you can think of. And Finally you will get blamed for inviting those mice, roaches into your apartment and will be issued a notice to quit. Don't mess with the management, otherwise they will throw your stuff overnight. Take my words, and stay away. Keep your kids safe from this drug zone.
There's always water Leakage. Therefore they have to turn off our water even during hours when you need to get to work. It happens at least three times a month and always during the weekday morning hours.
