We are very happy here. The staff is very friendly and always eagerly willing to assist with any issues. We love the pools and the 24 hour gym. The community has a calming energy and is very peaceful. The view of the sunset is gorgeous.
Love the apartment so much!. Parking situation isn’t great, I have to park really far from my apartment when I get home from work, but other than parking I love living here!

Lone Oak is a beautiful community with a great dog park, clean pools and common areas, great neighbors, and polite staff located in one of the best parts of Round Rock. The floor plans are spacious and well thought out with modern appliances and appointments that give them a more upscale feel.
Best apartment complex by far in Round Rock! I’ve been here for 2 years and I don’t have any negative things about them! Surrounded by many restaurants and shops that are walking distance.
I’ve lived here for years which tells you I like it! Maintenance is quick to respond, the office team is helpful and nice. The grounds are beautiful.

Everyone in e leasing office is super friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I came down at the beginning of September to visit her family and to look around for possible living arrangements for after the new year. After our tour, it was set. We fell in love with the apartment and the property.

Maintenance always answers fast, however I moved into these apartments and pay high rent because they claimed to be a gated community however the gate has never been closed or worked. My mom registered her car and they towed it because it wasn’t in the visitor parking spot. There were no more visitor parking spots. Had to pay $300 something to get it back. Confused on that one. Because she registered her car with the link they say to register the car at.

As luck would have it, a dump truck crashed into our entry gate on the 1200 Hidden Valley side of our community last Thursday. We are so sorry to hear that your mom's car was towed. Please always remember that visitor parking requires 2 things: Park in designated visitor parking AND register at r2park.com. The community is great! It is full of lovely amenities. I love the surrounding area as well. It is perfect to go on relaxing walks alone or with my dog.

We like to live here, is very clean and nice. Staff is nice, they have a lot of events for the residents. The location is good, close to grocery stores, hospitals, elementary and middle school.

All I can say is the longer you stay here the worst the conditions get. Plus the gate has not worked since we started staying here. The walls are paper thin and nothing is done when you file noise complaints.

Moving in and setting up an account was easy. We were in a quick move situation due to my job, and Paiglynn made it super simple to find an apartment that worked for us. The only issue I have and it's on-going is that I keep getting a late fee for my rent when the truth of the matter is that my rent is supposed to automatically come out of my checking account and yes my rent money is there. Other than that and one other issue it's a pretty nice place to live.

I have been living here at Lone Oak for almost 4 years and I love living here. The landscaping is kept up very nicely. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. I have wonderful neighbors and have made some really nice friends.

Lone oak has been very professional and is a great residential property. I absolutely love my stay here and plan on staying for a while. They are willing to help in anyway they can and we have never had a problem with staff or the work the staff provides. 10/10 apartment complex

I love it here! The rooms are spacious and the staff is so sweet. They keep up with their residents and care which is very helpful. The wood flooring is also a plus!

Great, friendly community. Quiet, awesome pool, gym, they have food trucks that come monthly, they have onsite grills at the pool. There’s a hill that you can walk if your an outdoor person that likes to exercise. Great dog park!
