My experience since I been here has not been good. It is too noisy I haven't gotten any sleep since I been here. I am up every night until pass midnight before I can go to sleep. I have complain thru the portal and even called the courtesy patrol. I don't know how much longer I can deal with no sleep. The neighbors are too noisy and no respect for other people yelling, shouting and very loud that I can record the sounds from the bedroom late at night. It seem like it is not enforce here as much because the neighbor gets louder and louder every night. Kids are running up and down the hallways and stairs with no parents in sight. I can not even take a walk on the grounds because I am constantly stepping on dog poop every where. People are not picking up after their pets even though bags are provided and trash cans. Why have a pet if they don't take full responsibilities for it. I don't know if I would recommend this place to anyone. Since I been here less than a month.

I love the community, it’s very quiet, all the neighbors are very friendly. The dog park is big and very well taken care of. The property is always clean.

The property is nice and the location is amazing. The maintenance team is really great at providing customer service to residents. The office staff is about 50/50 on their customer relations. Some are typically professional and polite, one or two of the others could use a crash course in how to treat people, in general.

Love it here. Everyone is so nice and pretty much keep to themselves. Quiet community with lots of amenities, for instance, not 1 but 2 pools!! Gym, dog park. Food truck vendors. Maintenance is awesome, I put a work order in and they came within an hour and fixed my problem quickly!

Apartment has been very nice to live in! Noise level is pretty decent for such a large complex. Lots of privacy with the building layout. Located in a very safe place so there’s never a fear of being out alone or using the amenities late at night or in the early morning.

Is a good neighborhood around, the buildings are very clean, the staff and maintenance are nice. This community is close to groceries store, hospitals and the I35.

Lone Oak Apartments is an amazing community to live in , I have resided there for 7 and 1/2 years . It has wonderful amenities , a great floor plan , close to shopping, major highways and restaurants and an office staff that are very involved and responsive to help with anything you may need . We are very happy here. The staff is very friendly and always eagerly willing to assist with any issues. We love the pools and the 24 hour gym. The community has a calming energy and is very peaceful. The view of the sunset is gorgeous.

Love the apartment so much!. Parking situation isn’t great, I have to park really far from my apartment when I get home from work, but other than parking I love living here!

Lone Oak is a beautiful community with a great dog park, clean pools and common areas, great neighbors, and polite staff located in one of the best parts of Round Rock. The floor plans are spacious and well thought out with modern appliances and appointments that give them a more upscale feel.

Everyone in e leasing office is super friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I came down at the beginning of September to visit her family and to look around for possible living arrangements for after the new year. After our tour, it was set. We fell in love with the apartment and the property.

This is a great place to live! It’s quiet, safe, and close to everything. The neighborhood is convenient. There are lots of family events. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are great.

I like it here, is nice and clean, close to hospitals, groceries store and pharmacy, restaurants, schools and fast access to the freeway I35.

Maintenance always answers fast, however I moved into these apartments and pay high rent because they claimed to be a gated community however the gate has never been closed or worked. My mom registered her car and they towed it because it wasn’t in the visitor parking spot. There were no more visitor parking spots. Had to pay $300 something to get it back. Confused on that one. Because she registered her car with the link they say to register the car at.

We work hard to provide a fantastic experience for all. It's discouraging to hear that you had a negative experience. The gates have been updated and the gates are working. As luck would have it, a dump truck crashed into our entry gate on the 1200 Hidden Valley side of our community last Thursday. We are so sorry to hear that your mom's car was towed. Please always remember that visitor parking requires 2 things: Park in designated visitor parking AND register at r2park.com. The community is great! It is full of lovely amenities. I love the surrounding area as well. It is perfect to go on relaxing walks alone or with my dog.

Great neighborhood, clean amenities, close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Most of of all quite. Leasing office staff is very friendly and always helpful.

My stay did not come with issues but the leasing office are always there to help resolve it. Everyone took my concerns seriously and resolved it in a timely manner.

Just moved in people are friendly,staff is friendly, my dog loves the dog park the pool is cute and the gym is amazing! Overall amazing place super spacious and such a big patio and cute kitchen
