The place is great and in a really good area but there is a lot of pest issues, leaks and you can hear the neighbors upstairs extremely too well. We’ve had pest control come many times but seems like the gaps in our unit is just too much. Water leaks into the baseboards as well.

Your service request record does not reflect that a work order has been submitted since 01/2024. Please reach out to submit a service request for a leak and pest control as soon as possible. Great place to live. No issues yet. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The best part is how clean everything is I really appreciate a place I can keep their environment clean it really helps make the place look awesome and neat

Very nice apartments, good maintenance team. Just very tedious about their trash value rules and trying to apply trash fees any chance they can it seems. The pools often need to be better cleaned but all around a safe apartment complex.

I love living at Lone Oak - I have resided here for 8 years. The location is perfect, close to major highways, stores and restaurants yet tucked away enough to have peace and quiet. I truly enjoy my space. My view from my patio is amazing! I love the pool area. I would recommend actual pest control services and property maintenance to be conducted in the area behind apartments. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist when approached. My main concern is letting residents know the ordinance laws and courtesy of not being loud and disruptive during the night hours so that there are reduced calls about dogs barking for extended periods or loud music in the middle of the night. More parking spaces please for actual lessees. Toiletries stocked in the gym would be nice. Overall, my experience has been extremely pleasant. Thank you.

I loved living at Lone Oak apartments. My 1 bedroom was very spacious. I lived here for 4 years and always loved it. I had wonderful neighbors and the complex is pretty quiet and I always felt safe here. Office staff is always very nice and they do a lot for the community and for residents. Lone Oak has the best maintenance staff. Any issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. Jose (maintenance supervisor) is always very nice and personable. CeCe

Very friendly staff & very clean, regularly cleaning the apartment grounds. Hallways get pressure washed & very nice interior. Trash service is really great & staff is informative & friendly with e-mails. Haven’t had a bad experience with anyone yet, really nice neighborhood & very well priced apartments .

Gate nearly always stuck shut, open, or halfway. Also someone tried to steal my car until my husband chased him away. Other than that… we like it.

My experience since I been here has not been good. It is too noisy I haven't gotten any sleep since I been here. I am up every night until pass midnight before I can go to sleep. I have complain thru the portal and even called the courtesy patrol. I don't know how much longer I can deal with no sleep. The neighbors are too noisy and no respect for other people yelling, shouting and very loud that I can record the sounds from the bedroom late at night. It seem like it is not enforce here as much because the neighbor gets louder and louder every night. Kids are running up and down the hallways and stairs with no parents in sight. I can not even take a walk on the grounds because I am constantly stepping on dog poop every where. People are not picking up after their pets even though bags are provided and trash cans. Why have a pet if they don't take full responsibilities for it. I don't know if I would recommend this place to anyone. Since I been here less than a month.

The property is nice and the location is amazing. The maintenance team is really great at providing customer service to residents. The office staff is about 50/50 on their customer relations. Some are typically professional and polite, one or two of the others could use a crash course in how to treat people, in general.

Love it here. Everyone is so nice and pretty much keep to themselves. Quiet community with lots of amenities, for instance, not 1 but 2 pools!! Gym, dog park. Food truck vendors. Maintenance is awesome, I put a work order in and they came within an hour and fixed my problem quickly!

Apartment has been very nice to live in! Noise level is pretty decent for such a large complex. Lots of privacy with the building layout. Located in a very safe place so there’s never a fear of being out alone or using the amenities late at night or in the early morning.

Lone Oak Apartments is an amazing community to live in , I have resided there for 7 and 1/2 years . It has wonderful amenities , a great floor plan , close to shopping, major highways and restaurants and an office staff that are very involved and responsive to help with anything you may need . I’m happy to call Lone Oak home!

We are very happy here. The staff is very friendly and always eagerly willing to assist with any issues. We love the pools and the 24 hour gym. The community has a calming energy and is very peaceful. The view of the sunset is gorgeous.

Love the apartment so much!. Parking situation isn’t great, I have to park really far from my apartment when I get home from work, but other than parking I love living here!

the staff are great, the neighborhood is quiet, I just wish there was more covered parking due to the hail that happens in the area. Other than the last point, I've enjoyed my time here.

I’ve been living here for over 18 months and have had a great experience. The amenities and appliances are top-notch and well-maintained. The gated community adds a sense of security, and the location is unbeatable—close to H-E-B, Round Rock Premium Outlets, and IKEA. It’s a convenient and comfortable place to call home!

Lone Oak is a beautiful community with a great dog park, clean pools and common areas, great neighbors, and polite staff located in one of the best parts of Round Rock. The floor plans are spacious and well thought out with modern appliances and appointments that give them a more upscale feel.

Best apartment complex by far in Round Rock! I’ve been here for 2 years and I don’t have any negative things about them! Surrounded by many restaurants and shops that are walking distance.
