Clean, dog friendly, kind people, amenities, especially the in unit washer/dryer...huge plus

Nothing is perfect and this was a good place to live for the time I was there.

I would recommend this community as it is clean, well lighted at night and secure The managers we dealt with are very nice and helpful. The amenities are very nice and well-cared for.

Friendly community and staff. Both the staff and the maintenance folks are good to work with. We have always had positive experiences.

It seems that recently there has been an increase in crime and other disturbances in the community. Perhaps management should consider hiring security, at least at night. Also something must be done about the mosquitoes. It is not only uncomfortable but it posts a health threat to people and pets.

Maintenance requests have been answered quickly. Office personnel very kind and helpful. Apartment is very comfortable.

They are great, very accommodating and understanding and even helpful. Always on time with repairs and do what they can to fix issues.

Everyone is friendly and the place is comfortable and the grounds are well taken care of. Also, the staff is always available and great to work with whenever we need anything.

Any time I needed maintenance or anything from the office, I have had great experiences. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to keep the Long Pond Community looking great!!

I have been very happy with how I have been treated here and the way things are taken care of. I had some issues and they were taken care of to my satisfaction. I am very sad that I have to leave at the end of my lease due to issues surrounding the smoking policy.

This a good place to rent if you’re looking for a first time apartment. Nice amenities with a good maintenance/management team. Unfortunately the parking availability is something to be sought after. There are no numbered spots so it’s free game for anyone that has a tag as well. Unless you want to shell out $100 a month for a car port.

I would definitely recommend Long Pond Village Apartment, the apartments are excellent.

It is family friendly and the community is very nice.

We continue to have issues with the parking. Guest parking for bldg 6 and 7 is so limited and recent events where unregistered and expired state inspection on the cars have been allowed to take up parking. Of the 3 cars involved, 1 still remains and they move it from one spot to another, all within the same 8 guest parking slots. This is not fair to tennants vwho work and come home to no near by parking.

Maintenance is always wonderful, and Will especially was very kind and helpful this time!

The personnel are friendly and work hard to do their best to make you feel at home and safe.

The Long Pond Village crew are always updating you on their latest events and very quick responses to any questions you may have!

Because it's a great place to live, everybody in the front office are so nice and Maintance is always here when there's a problem, I Love it here , They have Barbacues, In the summer months, Movie night and so much more. A Beautiful club house and an exercise room.

This apartment was a part of a wonderful community where people were friendly.

From move in the office staff was very kind to use (Courtney and Samantha). They both made our time at Long Pond very enjoyable. The over all atmosphere was very nice, and the maintenance staff was always attentive and issues were resolved quickly.

Courtney was wonderful and made the moving in process quick and easy. When I moved in everyone in our community was and is very friendly. I attended my first Holiday Karaoke Party and met more friendly residence.

Affordable and comfortable. The neighborhood feels secure and the neighbors are very nice.

I am satisfied with the majority of accommodations here. I had a lot more pests this year than in previous years including a mouse. So I'm wondering if they're not being as diligent with pest control as they were 5 years ago. Snow removal has always been my lowest ranking factor about living here. These guys work very hard and I'm not discounting that but my car can barely make it in/out of the complex during a snow storm and even a few days after. I know it has to do with the plows on Campbell Rd. but perhaps they could be more mindful of that area. Also, the snow removal days and weeks after the big storms leaves mounds of snow and ice in between all the parking spots. I know with cars there at random it won't be perfect but I do think there is more that could be done. Overall I'm very happy here, this is just one thing that I think could use improvement.

I would recommend this community. It was recommended to me and it all what she say it wa spacious, clean, and appearsto be a friendly feel.

The community is very quiet and I love the security on the buildings. I feel safe at home. My only complaint is the lack of parking for residents.

I would because I love the vaulted ceilings and landscaping of the apartments community I would not because dog poop is every where (especially close to building 4)

I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have pets, as i was thinking of adopting until remembering a $700 non refundable fee.. which seems excessive on top of the monthly payments.

This is a good apartment complex if you want to have good amenities, both for the apartment and also for the community. It is unfortunate any available apartments we would be entered in do not have a balcony and may not have an updated kitchen when compared to other apartments. It is unfortunate this will lead to a longer commute to work in Albany but the price is more reasonable.

I have been here over 10 years and have always had the best service and respectful care.

On site mantenace for quick resolutions to issues. Lawn maintenance and trimming done on regular basis.

It'??s a beautiful place to live. The only thing is it doesn'??t have a set rent, even after being here for more than 2 years.

Maintenance dept and office do a good job, very friendly. Put in one minor maintenance request, handled quickly. Was not happy with the condition of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, sink stains, for the money I'm paying for rent. Aside from that very happy here.
