The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!
The Charlotte Motor Speedway is a major NASCAR racing venue and one of the city’s biggest attractions with drag racing, dirt tracks, and a 138,000-seat stadium. This major tourist destination has hosted races such as the Coca-Cola 600, the Bank of America 500, and the Sprint All-Star Race. The first car race was held here in 1960, and the engines haven’t quieted since!
But there’s more to Concord than just the hype of racing. This city is one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing suburbs, and with Downtown Charlotte within quick driving distance, there are plenty of work and entertainment options for Concord residents.

Property Ratings at Longview Meadow
This property is dirty and is managed by robots. The maintenance men drive around all day like they are working but they really aren't. The office employees are rude and very short and cold. The manager is extremely bland and rude.
The amenities suck! They just repaint when a tenant leaves and the paint is so thick it just peels off. There is always glass in the parking lot and grass areas where pets are supposed to be walked and trash in the play area. The hike the rent every year and it is not in line with the market value! The pool has been closed for the entire 3 years we have lived here. Playground equipment is in disrepair and is so outdated. Steer clear!
The price isn’t worth the apartment. An any amenities they mention are trash.
Awesome place. Close to everything me and my daughter was looking for in a new home, groceries, several schools, and the main highways. Staff is very helpful and from what ive seen they usually go well out of their way to help the residents when needed. Clean living spaces and clean facilities, very happy we decided to live here.
The warmth and hospitality we felt during our initial visit was more than we expected! Lori, on many occasions, went above and beyond her duties to make us feel at home!! We were treated so genuinely. I can honestly speak for each of us when I say this - it was the time she dedicated to us that made our decision. Relationships have always been important to us when finding a home. The complex and amenities are always kept up in an amazing fashion! Thank you, Samantha and Lori for everything!
This place is terrible to live in. I have been renting different apartments for over 10 years and have not had one complaint until I moved in here. This is a real tenant review, not a paid review to increase the star level. I have lived her foe almost two months and the air quality in my apartment os almost unlivable. It is literally making me sick! The exterior is unclean. Big nasty bugs all over the place. My patio was promised to be cleaned when I moved in, 2 months later and it has not been touched. If you're looking for an apartment with a pool, this is not it!!!! The pool is never available. The laundry facilities is never available either. The gym is a joke, literally 4 pieces of equipment, and no free weights. You are paying more for less. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and move elsewhere. I have not gotten into any disputes with staff or management. Im not writing this out of spite. The people are pleasant, however the living environment is not, and that's the real reason we rent.
Longview Meadow Apt. Homes is absolutely the nicest place we've ever lived; and we've lived many places. From day one they were helpful, and worked fast on our behalf to get us in. They are easy to work with and are on top of things. And their maintenance team is awesome. Nice guys, they get the job done. They keep this place really nice on the outside, always keeping it clean, trim, and really pretty. The apartment is so pretty inside, and just feels so much like a little home... it's quiet and just lovely. I would hate to ever have to move from here, honestly. And our neighbors are all friendly, and it's just an overall great experience. Thank you.
