The studio apartment is just right for me. Its quick and convenient to my work. Nice people.
Clean lovely apartments, I have had 0 issues and it's very friendly community and no criminal activity.
Not worth it! You will never get a mailbox key, and you will never get sympathy from management, let alone something done! I have time sensitive mail in there that could cost me my new internship and no one from management has even tried to help me at least get the mail out. My window has gaps and lets in bugs and drafts, and I have asked twice for a replacement only to be blown off both times! My window also does not lock, which I have brought to their attention multiple times! SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD!! No effort has been put into the outward appearance of the place because their maintenance team takes FOREVER to get anything done!
Small efficiency, low price, good parking, excellent security, near bus stop and shopping. Two fine parks next door including a community center.

The rent is moderately cheap. And it's actually not that bad of a place given the area of town. But good luck if something should happen to break in your apartment. I'm glad they spend the money on gardeners to use a leaf blower for 8 hours on a Friday in the exact same spot rather than tend to issues that are far worse.
Rising Phoenix makes an effort to make you feel safe in their complex. They have two security guards on duty 24/7 and they are all very friendly. They will help you with ANY concern you have. Dont let the boarded windows fool you. The property is getting renovated and many buildings are being redone. Some building have seen better days, but maintenance is working hard to redo a lot of buildings. They could have better communication, but just keep on them about things you need done. Overall happy with the complex!
1/10 rating. Highly recommended to NOT move here. Office is poorly ran and maintenance is understaffed.
I love rising Phoenix. The maintenance men did their job got everything fixed. I am very pleased with the apartment and the staff.

This is straight up false advertisement. Apartment complex is trashed graffiti on dumpsters. Almost every window boarded up. Definitely no place for kids

the roaches are terrible here. when i first moved in i would find several dead roaches. after living there for a few months i started to see live ones. i should have complained to the office more but i feel like that wouldn't have fixed the issue. I never cooked and my apartment was literally always clean because i was hardly ever there since i worked three jobs so i definitely wasn't the cause. the roaches were literally so bad i paid rent and never stayed there. i stayed at my moms house 75% of the time. I can deal with a lot of crap from apartment complexes but roaches/bugs isn't one of them.
They are doing their best to make living more comfortable here . The place is cleaner and they do their best to meet the needs of the tenants. The yard is getting a makeover I love it.
Since I have lived here I have seen enormous changes. Many remodeled apartments and recently 24 hour Security which has removed the homless and transients. Lawns are mowed and Managment team is wonderful. Give it a chance.
Management is awful they care more for squatters than their own tenants,There has been nothing but scolding water since December of 2019 the toilet water is scolding i was given a notice my ac would be on within 7 days its been a month!The "so called security is a joke" not even a funny one they don't do anything but protect the staff!!!! Shoot outs my truck was stolen as well as my neighbors boots have been stolen this place is awful awful awful awful please do not rent!! They will have you sign a lease saying one thing than fill in spaces saying this what you agreed to!!! They don't fix Anything.Also everything is your fault!!!
I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, there are serious problems with the water many times there is not and when there is cold or too hot that you can barely brush your teeth. The attention in the office is bad and the London has no hygiene etc
This property owner is letting the property become so run down, that it's easier to live here if you're a squatting, trespassing vagrant than if you're a paying resident. The place is infested with trespassing junkies, who buy drugs from the trespassing squatters. Don't bother expecting management to stop it. They only do something about it about once each month. There's no security, except during rental office hours. They're more concerned with their own safety than that of their residents. There's a squatter in the apartment next to mine. People knock on the door all night. They knock on MY door. I live up stairs. I run them off, and they pretend they don't know he's a squatter. I ask you, how does a squatter, living upstairs, have so much company? The squatters tear up every apartment they squat in. They even break out the front windows. And that's after they gain access to the apartments. I'm waiting for them to break out the window next my apartment. The police told me that they can remove trespassers with permission from the property owner. Guess what? The property owner doesn't give the police permission

Very bad place to live there is no air conditioning pesimo service
Homeless, crime, horrible management, save your money and headaches and get something else. They take your rent money and then try to say you didn’t pay to see if they can get more. They’ll give you receipts with incorrect amounts paid and unit numbers if you don’t pay attention. There’s been black mold that they haven’t fixed in 3 weeks, had to contact the state because the manager made promises and then won’t take calls or be found in the office. The maintenance and office workers are very unprofessional. They’re happy to take your money and make threats about taking you to court if your rent is “late” and actually paid, but when you need something nobody knows anything or how to contact anyone who does. Stay far away from this property unless you enjoy gang and criminal activity everyday and worthless employees running this slum.
The management and maintenance staff are sub par. Promises have been made by the office such as a new fridge and stove, 1 month later still have a broken 1/2 working stove and a beat up fridge. Repairs have had to be made the maintenance staff only finishes them half way and leaves a mess along with empty bootless of booze. Highly not recommend renting here. When it was managed by Warren things where a lot better.
