Great Place to Rent!!

We've lived here for 5 years. It's very quiet, clean, safe and if something breaks, it will be fixed or replaced in a day or two. The super and his family live on the premises. Our rent has gone up $5.00 in 2 renewal leases. Lots of families and nice apartments near all the grocery stores, parks and shopping. Only downside is there's no central air conditioning, but there is an air conditioner in the living room and ceiling fans in all the rooms.
