Lory of Savannah

Lived there for a year and moved out last august, while living there they were bought and renamed lory of Savannah and it instantly went downhill. There was already concerns (dips in the floor in 2nd floor units, constant feeling of it being humid in the unit, dark spots in the corners of the rooms which were never investigated, cement on the walkway cracking by the top of the stairs) but when the new management took over it was like they looked for reasons to give fines but never wanted to fix the issues in the community whether it be the trash service no one asked for even which never wanted to collect the trash or fix the trash compactors that were accessible, the laundromat is a guessing game on which one’s actually work, there is a flea infestation and nobody picks up after their pets. Moving out was the biggest headache they got my address wrong 3 different times even after spelling it out letter by letter to them multiple times to return the deposit and I even offered to pick it up from the office it took months to get it back.

They lost all my paperwork after I paid my deposit and admin fee. Didn’t want to let me move into my place by the date agreed. Didn’t honor the rent amount that they told me initially. After all of this I chose to not move forward in a lease. It’s been months and I still haven’t received my deposit and admin fee back after reaching out multiple times.

The office staff is awesome the maintenance crew is the best they are always going above and beyond for the residents they all work as a team and are like family I recommend this place to anyone who wants a wonderful place to live the pool always looks great the office always having events for the residents the gym is always clean and open

I am currently loving my apartment here. Holly is one of the best Property Manager that I have dealt with. She is understanding and helps to the best ability she can. She also stayed late so she can show me an apartment. This apartment is really cozy, and you can really make it home instead of a temporary place. The apartment's layouts are the best, and it is so spacious here. I highly recommend Moss Pointe.

I love living here! I fell in love with the model when I first took a tour and applied the same day. My apartment was clean and freshly painted! This was my first apartment and the staff really set the tone for me! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I recommend Moss Pointe to any students moving to the area!

Great staff, friendly renters, you college kid will be safe here, so will your middle aged parent or grandparent, extremely dog friendly and very veteran friendly. the maintenance staff are the type you would trust in you home alone, or around your kids or pets, the front office actually will listen to you and respond and they get to know you not just to sign you up but after.

Don't like how they keep crime and incidents a secret the residents should be aware of what's going on in the community. Multiple cars have been stolen as well as broken into.Give the people and option on whether are not they want to live in a community with so much unreported criminal activity.

I am a fairly new resident here and the complex is perfect! Always clean both within the unit and outside. The landlords/tenants are nice and friendly, and always willing to help! Hallie and Ashanti are very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions or concerns that you may need answered and they made my move-in process very simple. The maintenance men work effectively and professionally. My time living here this far has been excellent!

I am a new resident of Moss Pointe Apartments & this it is amazing. I moved here from North Carolina with my wife and it was definitely a struggle finding a place at first. Once we went to Moss Pointe the staff was so helpful and the property was one of the nicest ones in the area. The leasing agent said they had a renovation completed and you could tell. Our process was a little difficult because we did it from out of state but Ashanti was great with emailing us and letting us know every step of the way what was going on.When it was time to move in Hollie walked our apartment with us and gave us great direction on what was in the area around the property. It helped out a lot. We are really happy and can't wait to get all our boxes unpacked and settle in.

The apartments are very nicely updated and the community seems very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also in a great area, surrounded by a ton of shops and stores and only about 15 minutes from downtown! The only problems I have is that the kitchen is very small and not much workspace and also there is a lot of popcorn texture on the walls.

Although this apartment complex is not super elegant it is clean and cared for. For the monthly rent it has been more than adequate. The workers are easy to deal with and it is located within walking/biking distance. I am also close to the school I attend downtown. It is also close to other schools in Savannah.

My apartment comples is right off of Abercorn -The main road in Savannah, Ga. Its convenient, and the best apartment complex in a 5 to 8 minute distance to pretty much every major department store you could commonly think of. There's variations of apartment types, 1-3 bedrooms&townhomes. There's diverse residents and lovely staff. They're always on top of their business and neighborhood friendly, bc they're conveniently located in our neighborhood. My apartment had lovely newly restored kitchens and walls. The bedrooms are fairly large, and roomy. I love the area!
