Property Ratings at Los Cabos I
This is one of the best places I have lived yet! All the amenities are awesome! The staff is so professional and friendly! I love the neighborhood! The grounds are beautifully kept! Excellent living is here!
Not enough upgrades or standard features to charge this much in this area. Plenty of apartments/homes nearby offer new carpet, fresh paint & basically no signs of a previous tenant. Not satisfied with only being able to view the apartment after my lease was signed.
During my stay here we've had bug problems and fixes that never seemed to have gotten fixed no matter how matter how many times the issues were communicated. This isn't the place for me.
