Property Ratings at Lost Lake Resort Apartments
Ms. Pam was absolutely amazing and helpful with the entire process. Got a quick approval for the apartment I wanted within my budget. Definitely went above and beyond in my opinion.
Lost lakes is great! Was sold as soon as I saw the basketball court. Been living here for the past year and will be renewing. Kevin and the whole office staff are great and quickly handle any issues.
What a wonderful experience it was with my leasing agent Pam! She was very informative and has a great personality. Jennifer was also lovely in helping out with the process. We are happy we get to call Lost Lake our home now.
I lived here for over a year, I have no complaints. Any/all issues was resolved in under 24 hours. Front office very professional and so is the maintenance team. I used all the amenities, I don’t have a pet but it’s well kept and clean. Definitely would recommend Lost lake for singles or families safe and friendly environment.
Just started living here, and I like the prime location, good amenities, nice lake walking trails, gym. Apartments are well maintained. Community is nice clean and peaceful. Management is also patient and kind.
They have a indoor basketball court along with other amenities that were not closed during the pandemic. This is the place to be
The place is going down hill fast and want to make us pay more for worse amenities and the complex is looks worse since we move in and pest control fee is $40 a month and don’t do anything Dog park is trash and my dog got sick 3!!!! Times because of it Gate was broken for over 6 months and still have issues People trespassing and Mangement won’t do anything and people using amenities that aren’t residents and braking it that residents that work 9-5 can’t use it because they close it down or we can’t use Clubhouse can’t watch tv Gym needs a upgrade Hot tub broke they just pavement over it Pool and area around it needs upgrade All grass has patches and only cut when it’s over grown just like the dog park it’s needs so much improvement it’s insane since they say there dog friendly Staff turnover is insane and the new staff was rude to me the other day and afraid of a my small cute dog And wanted us to renew and pay more money yeah no To get them to fix something that has been broken since we got here because everything in the apartment was made cheap The hallway are the worst and never clean or pressure wash and re paint inside the hallways and stairs Only good thing is the size of the apartment everything else is horrible!!! At this point rather find a better place that actually worth paying these prices and fees
I use to love living here, now I can’t wait to move. They specifically advertise a 24 hour gym which is false. Amenities are only open during business hours and the pool has been shut for several weeks. We now have to get special bracelets to prove we are allowed to be in the amenities. The basketball court got broken into and the gate didn’t work for about 6 months. We also have to buy our own pool sticks if we wish to use the pool tables in the clubhouse. When questioned about the gate, management sent an email blaming the residence for causing more problems. The fence is also broken and anyone is able to entry the property. The property is rarely kept up to the name of a luxury apartment. Dog waste stations are always nasty, full of waste, and out of bags. The stairwells are disgusting and the trash is usually full and not usable. Overall, I don’t feel safe living here like I used to and I am not satisfied paying the amount they charge when nothing works or is kept up. Management used to be good, now they blame all the issues on the residents. Not happy living here and don’t suggest moving here.
Don't live here unless you're willing to pay 20% more your second year. Inflation skyrocketed this year, average pay is down across the state and yet they raised my rate 15% after the first year. This would be OK if they provided some value but nah, they're not even trying, they even took away pur ability to recycle, shameful.
Property has went downhill. It used to be prestigious and welcoming. The new staff hide in offices and ignore the outside conditions. Amenities are not well maintained. That printer has not worked in a year! The coffee station was closed and left dirty for months. The dog park is gross, the car wash needs pressure washing. The dumpster area is home to rats so beware! Landscaping around pool and lake gets left undone. Some lights outside have been out for months. So evening strolling around for exercise can be dark in community. Excluding Ms Pam, everyone else is new. No personality in the new staff that I’ve noticed. Residents are a disruption and not overly welcomed or appreciated. If you have a question or concerns you will get a run around or something rude stated back to you. But… who are they anyway? No newsletter, no meet and greet just be prepared for new faces and that assistant manager like the prior one is just rude so avoid her unless you enjoy being talked down to. I like my unit I just don’t understand how a property like this can’t keep staff and went downhill… the rent rate is consistent with Market for this area. Location is good. Staffing less than desired. I waited months for a washer. Amenities need updates and more attention , that spa has been broken for months. Landscape around pool and lake need help too. I want to move somewhere better than this, I would not recommend this place however, it is doable if you just want a place to call home and amenities and such don’t matter. Inside my apartment it is dated but comfortable. I just avoid dealing with office staff and calling maintenance because they are always a turnover staff. Apartment life is apartment life so review your options there are so many in Jacksonville so really need to check them out before you get stuck in one your not happy with. This one is ok, but it could be better…it once was!!!
I love it here. The neighbors are very friendly. The leasing office is very attentive and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well kept.

Apt rent is little high for the quality they are providing, cheap kitchen/bathroom countertops. Light cover missed in pantry, little slow in completing maintenance requests. Staff - Pam is okay, other lady(lucy) was impatient when we were discussing about renting an apartment. No annual parties conducted by community. Other amenities are fine. Apt entrance pathway doesn’t seem spacious. Some racks in apt are not cleaned well when handed to me. Too many lizards in the community. Congested parking area near my apartment, difficult to park your car if it is suv or bigger. Flying insects too many. Lights not provided in bedrooms. Good things are rooms are spacious and nice carpet & walk-in closets. Fans provided in all rooms.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate it. Unfortunately with COVID, we were unable to do a lot of the fun resident events that we have done in the past. But we are excited to be having a pool party in June! Details of the event were sent in your June newsletter. Our social media pages will also have updates if you want to check that out. We're happy that you enjoy the amenities, spacious bedrooms, and walk-in closets. We know the lizards and bugs can be a nuisance but it is Florida after all. If there is anything that we can immediately help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to the leasing office.
I love it here. There are tons of amenities, friendly staff and quick responses to work orders. Easily one of the best places I’ve lived in Jax!

Dog poop everywhere , dogs off leash . very noisy , club house they don’t mention that you have to pay for use . Only allowed to have 2 -3 guest at the pool with you at anytime . Nice until after you sign lease . Ms. Pam when I tried to get understanding from her .
Leasing agent Pam was helpful and very professional. Apartment layouts are well though out and the amenities are numerous. Nice lake
I first moved to Lost lake when the apartments opened years ago. I moved out of town and have since found myself back at lost lake. Hannah does a great job at managing the office. We’re very lucky to have her as a property manager.
Lost Lake is a great place to live. I’ve been here for two years and love it! The amenities are amazing, there is a theater, indoor basketball courts, jacuzzi, pool tables and even a fireplace to make marshmallows. The apartments are very spacious and modern. I definitely recommend Lost Lake to anyone looking for a great place to live!
If you are looking for a place full of students (including the after-party-trash on the parking lot, the noise and the unknown people getting in the community all day long) this is your place. Management does not care about residents anymore, they care about luring new people in but once you fell in the trap, they will never pay attention to you again. Amenities are very nice, but apartment is VERY poor quality (the worst and cheapest washing machine (it tears your clothes apart) and dryer), plastic counters and poor construction. I have been living here for 2 years and the beginning was not bad (community-wise, apartment lacked quality since the beginning)), but then they start not caring about you at all.
When I first saw the apartments I was very intrigued. To be frank, the only reason my husband and I settled with this place is because the first month's rent was free, and we're still paying a mortgage in another state. The apartments are overpriced for the quality you receive. I've stayed in older apartments that were built better than this. Our neighbors are not loud but you can hear every single thing that goes on in a different unit. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. Luckily our lease is only 10 months. On the positive side, it's a nice neighborhood. There is a school right across the street for those who have kids and there is quick access to Southside Blvd.
Living here has been very enjoyable, the neighbors are kind and everyone knows each other. It is a great place to live with fun events to attend
I enjoy living at Lost Lake, the amenities are superb and not only that the events that are given here are very enjoyable. The events are not the typical type but the kind that is very exciting and mostly adult orientated, wine tasting, food demos, zumba, casino nights and more. The trail around the lake is fun perk great for walking your pet. I have lived here 2 years and so far so good.
