Property Ratings at Lost Oak Mobilehome Park
I've lived here since 2014 and prior to that from 2000 to 2005, at the property I helped my mother aquire in 2000. Originally, this park was owned by a family. Now it is run by Thomson Properties, a corporation. The management now is terrible in comparison to then. My mother recently died at the age of 87, and I have assumed the role of trustee and beneficiary of the home. Since the day my mother died I have had nothing but issues with park management. In my opinion, this park is being run by a combination of greed and incompetence.
