Excellent atmosphere, excellent apartments, I don't have any problems with my neighbors, I really love the atmosphere, its surroundings, the people in the offices are very attentive to their tenants, their privacy space, the truth is that I like it much more than the apartments I lived in before, now the one I am in has all the resources that one needs, amusement park, basketball court, bowling field, park for children, excellent, it has everything, I recommend it to everyone

Love my covered parking. Nice size apartment with large restrooms and kitchen, My kitchen counter tops are nice! Almost been here 2 years.

I love my unit. It is very convenient for me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the nasty neighbors that don't pick up after their dogs. Other than that, I am very happy here

The ladies at the front desk have been nothing but amazing and so helpful to my family. We have found our happy place. They have been quick to respond to our issues and have been super sweet throughout the process.

You still don’t have my name right and I can’t change it. Fix the gates. There is no excuse that the pedestrian AND community gates are broken. People keep following me around in cars and nearly running me over. You know there are animals and children in this community. Maybe decrease rent if you wanna be cheap

If you enjoy overflowing doggie station. Which result in dog waste bags all over the ground then this is the complex for you!!!! I have complained about this so many times. It gets taken care of for about a week maybe two. Then it is neglected again until another complaint is put in. It is beyond ridiculous that whom ever is responsible for taking care of this task just doesn’t care. As a tenant I should not have to constantly remind you to keep your property clean! It is my responsibility as a tenant to pick up after my dog. Your responsibility to properly maintain the doggie station so I can dispose of it correctly! If this continues maybe you should consider giving your tenants a discount on their rent.

Office staff is friendly and maintenance takes care of my work orders in a timely manner. Always available to answer questions in person or via text app

Still looking to find was to meet the "community" here. I know it's cold out but I literally have only seen like 3 people outside. Would love to find all the other M/C riders and see if any of them are year round like I am.

Our move in was simple and easy. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Overall I would recommend the apartment complex. The ladies in the office are helpful and the maintenance staff are quick to respond.

We have been here for a year and a half, and we love it. Everyone is so friendly at the office and the maintenance crew are very hardworking, they fix you right up whatever it is, not that I have used them much just for minor adjustments. The overall neighborhood is very quiet and calm, not much going on , which we like. I would recommend Lost Spurs Ranch to anyone.

The Lost spurs ranch faculty has been amazing and friendly every step of the way with lease! They are always helpful and willing to answer any questions I have!

Working with Heather was great. We were in a rush to find a suitable apartment in a new city, and when we found what we were looking for, She did her best to make it happen within our short time frame!

We moved into apartment 1217 a 2 bedroom and had to leave the same day because it was infested with roaches. They were all behind the fridge, cabinets, stove, bathrooms, rooms, crawling on the walls. We tried to bomb the apartment and put roach killer everywhere but they just kept coming out more and more so we decided to not move in. Our experience was good at first with the staff until we moved in. They did refund us our money. But I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you want to pay a lot of money to live with roaches.

So far so good, need more time to explore. Seems to be good value for money at this point. The move in was smooth, neighbors seem friendly, property staff have been helpful and positive.

This is a beautiful complex and the move in was fast and easy maybe a little stressful buy that's normal, I am satisfied with everything so far.

We love it here the office is very kinda and the maintaince staff are very kind and friendly! We’ve been here almost 3 years and we love it!

I put in a maintenance request and within a day maintenance picked up the ticket and came and addressed the issue. The promptness was greatly appreciated.

Almost 11years living in this apartments community, planning to move out only in case of buying our own family house, good maintenance, quality service, staff always at the service of customer.

So far it’s very peaceful over here. I love my apartment and the fact that it has new appliances. It’s located in a small quiet area and it’s easy for me to go to work in the area that i’m in

Nice and quiet community. Office staff has been amazing and always very helpful. Maintenance is always prompt and delightful Property grounds are kept clean as long as dog owners are respectful and clean up after their dogs.

Good neighborhood to raise small children. Community is quite and the staff communicate well about the recent events. Overall, a safe and homey place to live.

Great so Far! Highly Recommend this place! GREAT Service with Great people. I am truly happy to be apart of this community. Me and my kids feel welcomed and apart of this community the moment we stepped foot into the place.

The apartment is beautiful and the staffs at the front office are very helpful. If I could reapply for this complex again, I would apply for one of the upstairs apartments.

I like my apartment just not carpet, wish it was all vinyl plank flooring, other than that, it’s a great location for me. I also appreciate the covered parking.

When we first moved in our move in date kept changing because they had to evict the family who lived here before us. Our apartment was infested with roaches. We were told they were taken care of, moved in, still roaches everywhere. Crawling on the walls, window blinds, ceilings, kitchen cabinets. We had our apartment treated about 12 times maybe more and it took months to finally get rid of them. So that was fun. We have complained over and over and over that our apartment constantly reeks of marajuana/pot/weed, call it what you will. REEKS!!!! The entire apartment! We have young kids, this isn’t acceptable. Our children should be able to play in the apartment and in their rooms without constantly having to smell it daily. We have even mentioned to the front office both the second and third floor above us constantly do it. Nothing has ever been done to stop it. So we have chose to end our lease here. So we feel unheard of you really want to know. We have just dealt with it.

I throughly enjoy living here, the staff is wonderful, the maintenance team is great overall very good experience. The gym is useful and the apartments are very clean.

I have lived here 15 years and have not had a problem. Staff has always been friendly and helpful even though it has changed during that time.

It’s been pretty cool. Mr. Fixit team is amazing . They come to me on the spot . I’m sad that I have not found this apartments earlier in my apartment journey.

The apartments are nice. The staff is great and their maintenance team is awesome. The towing company they use....not so much. Be careful where you park.

Great experience, management needs to do better listening to residents, and maintenance never really fix issues, gym equipment needs to be updated and fixed other than that my time here was not the worst.

I am new to the community, but so far, I love my apartment. Neighbors from the building are cordial too! I moved in to a third floor and the views are so nice.

The 2 bedroom is plenty of space with 2 large bathrooms. I do not like the carpet, which it had vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen counter tops are very nice.

It’s been ok staying here going on 3 years just tired of all the little charges and the gates are always broken which means any one can come in and out at anytime also car has been broken into because of that

We’ve been here going on a year, we just resigned the lease for another year. It has been really great living here, neighbors are nice and the community itself is pretty quiet. My daughter and son like to hang out at the pool, they seem to like good. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and the prices are decent compared to other apartments in this area.

Nice and quiet community. I work the night shift so I’m asleep during the day and there is hardly any noise. Not too far from the pool and mailboxes. Everything is at my fingertips

Great first 3 months in the community. Management has been amazing. I love the atmosphere. So happy I found this place. My daughter and I absolutely love it.

I am just now moving in and starting to get settled! But so far the community is nice and the staff has been great! Responds usually within 24 hours to non-emergency calls or inquiries.

So far so good. Been great working with the staff. Been quiet on the property. Liking my new home. Looking forward to meeting neighbors making friends.

I enjoy the safety and the quietness of the complex. My only complaint is that it’s hard to get a hold of management but it’s probably because they keep switching hands so whatever

I’ll be going on my fourth lease this month. I do not wish to stay here because there really isn’t much to do here. Especially with a toddler and living on the 3rd floor. I can’t take my son(almost 2 years old) to the park, because it is NOT safe, the cross bridge on the park is very scary, even for me to cross. No railings or support handles. The playground is very limited and small, there are no swings and very steep slides. The volleyball pit has weeds growing through it everywhere, so who knows what’s living in it. And the same isn’t even soft sand. There haven’t been events at the community other than an Easter thing they did last year. The apartment complex is falling apart everywhere, pot holes, damaged carports, little to no extra parking for guests and visitors, even the dumpster has trash falling out and laying on the ground from the company the picks it up, makes the community looks awful. If there were changes and upgrades, I would say I like living here. And the rent…

The staff here has been amazing. I cannot wait to be fully moved in. I know I am home. The unit fits all my needs. The best part about it , my grandchildren love it. I think I will be baby sitting more often now

Great place to live, interior is very cozy and the exterior is a very well kept environment. There are gates too so there's more security that open with a key fob so you can keep it with your keys.

I've been at LSR for 4 years. The management used to be shotty. Then they changed to RPM living. Not so great. And now we have the newest management in the office and it seem they have done more in a month that I've seen in years. They seem to be knowledgeable in what they do so I'm looking forward to having them work with us!
